This lovely property is a short stroll from an attractive beach on the spectacular South West Coast. With stunning sea and coastal views, and close proximity to picturesque Brighstone, it’s the perfect getaway.

Seabreeze is within a three-minute walk of a picturesque beach on the beautiful south west coast of the Island. Here visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing and paddling. The cottage stands on high ground and there are sea and coastal views from the property. Visitors can relax in the sitting room or on the balcony and watch the sailing boats pass by. This is a wonderful walking area and within two minutes you can join the coastal path, or walk inland to the charming village of Brighstone with its pretty thatched cottages, ancient church, National Trust shop, a public house which is great for meals and a bistro style cafe. On this west side of the Island there are several sandy coves and picture-postcard coastal villages.

Seabreeze is one of a small courtyard of cottages designed to take advantage of the coastal views by having the main living rooms upstairs. It has been furnished and equipped with care to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation for six people. On the ground floor there are fitted carpets and three pretty bedrooms ; two twin rooms and a spacious double room with a lovely four poster bed, and French doors which open onto a small patio area. There is a bathroom with bath with handheld shower, basin and W.C, and a separate shower room with a built in shower, basin and second W.C. There is also a cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Stairs lead up to an open and spacious living area with a parquet floor and rugs. Here there is a fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; a pleasant dining area with a large table and chairs; a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a large flat screen television with DVD player/stereo/CD. French doors open from the sitting area onto the balcony where visitors can relax and enjoy the view. A travel cot and high chair can be provided. Storage heaters/electricity at no extra charge. Wifi internet can be made available.

Seabreeze has a private courtyard style garden with low fencing. Garden furniture is provided so that meals can be enjoyed outside in the sunshine. Three cars can be parked in the parking area at the side of the cottages. A regular bus service is within a few minutes walk and a seasonal farm shop is within a two minutes walk. The village centre with public house, cafe and general stores are a 15 minutes walk away. Smoking is not permitted

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We have stayed here 5 times now so that speaks for itself. It is perfect for us and our dog. Lovely, comfortable and spacious with everything you need in a fabulous location. We would like to keep coming as long as our dog can manage it. Thank you Mr G :)

Lovely situation with well maintained gardens and a fully equipped kitchen. Great location to see the West Wight and feel far away enough from the densely populated East Wight towns that remain within easy reach should you need to visit them. Beach is stunning even in winter. Sunsets beautiful.

Fantastic cottage in a stunning location with amazing sea views, we were fortunate to stay during the hottest week for 40 years in UK and were able to take advantage of the balcony during the summer solstice. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to any potential client.
