The attractive country-style kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, and the dining room is ideal for any family meal. There's also a delightful snug on the ground floor – a great space for getting away and relaxing in peace. The bedrooms are all on the first floor: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and there's a spacious twin room and a cosy double room. There are two beautifully maintained gardens, with the back garden featuring breathtaking views across the downs, and a charming seating area perfect for afternoon tea.
Niton makes a great base for exploring the island, with coastal and rural walks from the doorstep. St Catherine's Down features stunning scenery and is home to St Catherine's Oratory and St Catherine's Lighthouse (both 1.5 miles). The popular seaside town of Ventnor (4.5 miles) is nearby, with attractions including the Botanic Gardens, Steephill Cove and the Cascade Gardens. You can also visit Castle Haven Beach (1 mile), Godshill Model Village (4.5 miles), the Isle of Wight Zoo (11 miles) and Blackgang Chine (2 miles).
