Half a mile from the heart of Swanage, this is a fabulous base for exploring the Isle of Purbeck. Perfect for a family or friends, this light, cool and airy villa-style property is close to Swanage Bay, Swanage Pier and the Wellington Clock Tower, and is part of a friendly Mediterranean-style complex with shared gardens. Entering this peaceful property, stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the two light and tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms: a pretty double room and a charming triple room with a single bed and bunk beds. Further stairs lead to the fresh and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the second floor. This bright, relaxing living space features a delightful lounge, ideal for snuggling up and watching a movie in the evening. The dining area is perfect for sharing a favourite meal which you can rustle up in the stylish and fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge, patio doors lead onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views, providing a pleasant spot for a morning coffee. You will also have access to the garden, which is shared with the other properties on-site, with beautiful views over Swanage Bay. There are also two covered off-road parking spaces beneath the property. The thriving resort of Swanage is known for its lovely beach, Victorian pier, traditional promenade and a great selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. Local attractions include Durlston Country Park, the Prince Albert Gardens, Anvil Point, Ballard Down and Dancing Ledge (all within 3 miles). Heading inland, you can explore the picturesque village of Corfe Castle (6 miles) or enjoy breathtaking walks through some of the many beautiful local nature reserves.

The apartment is in a lovely spot, with a pleasant short walk into Swanage. All in all we enjoyed our stay, although for us the double bed was uncomfortable, we both had broken sleep. Nice touch leaving milk, wine and jam in the fridge. Two parking spaces is a big bonus, and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely great location for swanage. The house was clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. We really enjoyed out time there and couldnt recommend it highly enough.

The property was in a great location, close enough to walk to town but away from the crowds. It was very clean with the facilities you need for a holiday home. There were some minor maintenance issues but none that negatively impacted our stay.

An amazing property that has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect with access to the coastal path on the doorstep and a couple of minutes walk to either Swanage town or the peaceful headland. Dedicated, undercover parking is a huge bonus. We had a lovely stay in Swanage with our black lab. The house was lovely and in a fabulous location right near the town and about a minute's walk from the South West Coast path. We will definitely be back again!

This property is situated in a good location - close to Peveril Point and in walking distance to Swanage town centre. It is very well equipped, with pretty much anything you would need being available. There are nice views of the sea from the lounge and kitchen. Wed stay here again.

Lovely property, nice extra touches with tea/coffee/biscuits/jam and plenty of hand gel! Great location to with very easy access to lovely walks and Swanage town centre and beach. We would definitely recommend.
