This wonderful family friendly cottage is a great place to holiday with the whole family to include your four-legged friends, ideally located to explore many attractions close by.

Close to the shores of the River Medina, this breezy and cheerful holiday property makes a fantastic base for a family or friends exploring the Isle of Wight. Set in a charming spot in East Cowes, this refreshing property is within easy reach of many popular attractions including Cowes Yacht Haven and Queen Victoria’s former residence of Osborne House. Providing ample spacious accommodation for six guests, this attractive house is perfect for discovering the vibrant neighbouring towns of Cowes and East Cowes. Entering this lovely property, the light and airy lounge makes an ideal space to sit back, unwind, watch a movie on the Smart TV or chat late into the night. The delightful kitchen/diner provides an ideal space for preparing and sharing all your favourite meals. Exploring further, the ground floor also features a pretty conservatory with plenty of seating, an ideal space to enjoy a morning coffee as you plan the day. Upstairs, you will find three bright and relaxing bedrooms: an en-suite king-size room, a double, and a bunk bedroom, along with the main family bathroom. Stepping outside from the conservatory, a decked area leads into the garden where you can sit back on the outdoor furniture and enjoy al fresco drinks on a lazy afternoon. Near to the East Cowes Marina, the property is within easy reach of a range of great shops, restaurants and pubs. Queen Victoria’s former holiday home on the magnificent Osborne Estate is just a mile away, or you can cross the Medina into Cowes which is the home to the famous Cowes Week and other popular sailing regattas and events. Cowes is also home to the Wight Military and Heritage Museum and the Sir Max Aitken Museum. Other local attractions include Carisbrooke Castle (6.5 miles) and Amazon World Zoo (9 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A beautiful clean , newly decorated house . Little things like salt and pepper in cupboard. Plus cling film and foil . No complaints at all .

Great location, especially having 2 parking spaces. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a dog.

The cottage is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. It's location is quiet but also very convenient for the ferry to Southampton

Well appointed, very clean, good response from the owners to minor questions about the property. Very convenient location, almost every where on the island was about 30 minutes drive! Lifeboat Inn very handy for drinks and food along with a big Waitrose. Very quiet area with a pleasant view from the doorstep

Good location but house tired and not clean. 2 sets of curtains fell down throughout stay. Sticky old kitchen lino. Damp stains on kitchen ceiling. Discoloured bed sheets. Mattress springs gone. 4 dining chairs and 5 teaspoons in a house for 6. No TV signal/channels. Tablecloth ripped and sticky. Chairs stained. No bath mats. No chopping board / brRead moreead board. Key safe not working. Caretaker did not return calls or come round. Not 4 star, serious rip off for 1700+ for a week. Would not recommend Hide

The property is adequate, the location is a jumping off point for all that this wonderful island has to offer. Wel stocked kitchen with many utensils and pans etc. T v service is good Internet connection is good. This house has a tumble dryer but no dish washer.

Comfortable property close to ferry and cowes good position as base for travel Be aware access is not available to marina and property does not overlook but requires short walk down sloping road -for those with walking difficulties may be an issue. Walks around limited marina perimeter only as access keys required.
