Patio doors open from here on to a pretty terrace with a table and chairs so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine whilst enjoying the views.

There is a separate double bedroom with a super king-size bed. This room is well equipped with fitted wardrobes and a lovely en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower, basin and W.C. Heating and electricity are provided without extra charge. Wifi internet is available. A freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for visitors use in an easily accessible out-building.

A variety of birds, foxes, badgers, rabbits and hares are frequent visitors to the garden. In addition to the pretty terrace of Little Granville there is an area of garden where visitors can relax, and also a parking space immediately beside the cottage. There are fishing lakes in the village of Whitwell and golf courses in Ventnor and Sandown. Nearby places to visit include Ventnor Botanical Garden, Carisbrooke Castle, The Garlic Farm, St Catherine's lighthouse, Osborne House and a variety of stunning coves on the south and west coast of the island. A lovely cottage which was very clean, had an extremely large and comfortable bed and a great shower. These three things are very important. Very welcoming owners too. In a wonderful rural location which made getting around the Isle of Wight very easy. A very enjoyable stay and hope to return before too long. Many thanks.

The cottage was in a lovely spot on the south coast of the island, very quiet surroundings. There was an issue with a water problem that the owner has in hand but apart from that it was a lovely spot.
