Dine alfresco on the decking, or if it’s a bit chilly out, head into the comfortable sunroom/diner with a glass roof and dining table. As it’s located in the heart of the town, there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Start your morning by wandering down to the harbour and watching the sailing boats bobbing along before exploring the attractions that the Isle of Wight has to offer.

Inside the holiday home is a cosy living room with neutral tones, two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen/diner has a light and airy feel with a galley kitchen and an elegant dining room with a table and seating. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom with a shower and WC. Upstairs are the two bedrooms – a king0size and a double. Outside is an enclosed garden with outdoor seating, a BBQ and a decked area.

The property is located in the centre of Cowes, which is less than 0.5 miles from the harbour, where you’ll find waterfront cafes, restaurants and plenty of shops. Get competitive with a game of golf at the nearby golf course (1 mile) or hop on a boat for an ocean adventure. History lovers can head over the floating bridge into East Cowes to visit Osborne House (8.5 miles). For a family day out, the Isle of Wight Aqua Park is a great place to visit. Or, enjoy long coastal walks along the Hamstead Heritage Coast – where you’ll find Thorness Bay Beach (3.5 miles).
