Wonderful location for walkers with a large garden very pleasant to sit in and frequently visited by wildlife. Lovely views both from the cottage and surrounding heathland. Superb location and it could be an absolute gem. Despite costing almost 2000 a week, the owners clearly don't seem to want people to come back because they have spent very little on upkeep. The outside need repairing. The stairs are a death-trap and contravene H&S guidelines, as does the unlit larder and step into it. Having an outside, spider-infeRead morested loo and no WiFi in this day and age is inexcusable. Still, had a good holiday and the neighbours were friendly. Bring it into the 21st century. Hide

Heath Cottage has lots of old world character, and is in a lovely quite location. Rabbits, deer and badgers visit the large garden. The location is brilliant if you want to be in and around Studland but there are basic issues with parking and with the toilets that need addressing.

This is a cottage full of character and a great location, the garden is not secure for dogs, but our dog was old and did not wander but watching the wildlife come and go in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the village was lovely - great walking and close to amenities. and attractions.

This cottage is nice and spacious with a beautiful garden and close to sandy pristine beaches. However, fixtures and fittings are more three star rather than five and especially the kitchen and bathroom and sadly no wifi. The parking space is tiny and our car ended up essentially wedged between the house and the garage, Took forty minutes and a fifRead moreteen point turn to extract and nearly ended in divorce. Very galling given the size of the garden. We parked on the lane once we escaped. Hide

This unique cottage is in the perfect location next to the Heath with stunning views of the coast. Needs a little updating in places & to have WiFi installed but a great base to explore a wonderful part of this coastline. Had some amazing walks without having to go very far. Look forward to returning.

The cottage was disappointing. Only superficially clean. Arrived at dusk (4.30pm entry) to a house that smelt and needed a good clean. Not a good start to a holiday especially this year with Covid extra cleaning expected. Most of the fittings are basic. Thankfully modern double glazed windows and electric radiators.

At the end of an unmade road, next to the heath, so very quiet with great walks. Lovely views from the front over the bay to Bournemouth in the distance. Large attractive garden. Old fashioned (in a good way) and cosy, plenty of heating and hot water. Kitchen and bathroom not luxury but everything worked properly. Beds are firm, no wifi. Loved it.
