We loved this gem of a place - such a great location with walking from the door - the garden is peaceful, the fire was fabulous and we had a super relaxing time. Nearly put off by the parking reviews - no problem you can just park in front of the hedge in front of the House if you do not wish to use the driveway - so glad we went and hope to returnRead more soon. We loved the house with all its quirky period features and its relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Lots of nice touches including flowers and biscuits on arrival, beach equipment in the garage, and plenty of books, games and DVDs. A real home from home in a beautiful peaceful location. The cottage is in a lovely location, well placed for walks and exploring the area. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden is a pleasant place to sit and observe the deer when they call in for a graze on the lawn. The lack of WiFi and a shower are drawbacks.
