This beautiful holiday home forms a part of a riding school in a rural location, surrounded by acres of island countryside and offers fantastic riding opportunities for the whole family to enjoy. The farm is set down from the road, allowing you to really immerse yourself in this country escape. The children will enjoy meeting the onsite animals and letting off some steam in the play park before heading to the restaurant for a family meal. For a great day out, Monkey Haven and Butterfly World are within 0.5 miles or further afield Tapnell Farm and Blackgang Chine are not to be missed (both within 11 miles). Keen walkers and cyclists will enjoy, don’t miss the Island’s many trails, boasting stunning panoramic views of the coast and countryside.

This fantastic holiday cottage is located on a purpose-built rural farm and within acres of stunning island countryside. As you approach the property you’ll come through a striking archway and into a quaint courtyard where you will find this holiday home. Entering the property, you’ll find yourself in a small reception hall leading to the lounge/kitchen/diner. Offering ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV, the lounge is the ideal place to curl up and watch a family film after a long day out at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped kitchen where you can rustle up a delicious meal before dining together. On the ground floor you’ll also find a spacious single room and a shower room. Heading upstairs you’ll find the master double room with an en-suite shower room. Moving through this floor there are two twin bedrooms and completing the cottage there’s the family bathroom.

Head out the back of the property, you’ll find the private, enclosed garden offering outdoor dining furniture, perfect for alfresco dining in the summer sunshine and out the front of the property there is a communal garden with seating. With an ‘eco-friendly’ ethos, the site itself boasts solar water heating and rainwater harvesting.
