The accommodation is in a brilliant location; it was lovely being able to go for walks on the beach so easily. The cottage has a real homely feel. Everything we needed was there. Leaflets and brochures were helpful, the bus service is great - we used it to get to the Mermaid distillery - well worth a visit. The welcome at the local pub was great. A very lovely property tastefully updated for modern needs yet retaining its historical past. It's facilities and presentation were obviously loved by many previous returning clients as its owners. The weekly changeover of linen was an added bonus and the " Fresh Start" lady was very pleasant to meet.

From the moment we walked into Driftwood we fell in love with it!!!! Had a lovely relaxing Christmas, we even went for a walk on the nearby beach every morning! And with The Crab and Lobster pub being literally yards away made our stay even more perfect. Lovely atmosphere, friendly people. Cant wait to book up again, thanks. Bett and Pete Bassett

Our family of four, including two young children spent New Years at Driftwood Cottage and it was fantastic. Beach walks, lifeboat house trips, hill hikes and fish and chips by the seaside created fond family memories. The cottage was lovely and location to the beach and pub was perfect. We can't wait to come back again.
