This stylish cottage is set in a fantastic central spot in the pretty village of Niton, with a shop and popular bar serving wood fired pizza close at hand. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideal for days spent walking and cycling before stopping off at one of the many country pubs or perhaps try out a cream tea in one of the tea gardens in the chocolate box village of Godshill. From here you can visit some of the islands many attractions, including the beach at Blackgang Chine or the secluded Steephill Cove, which can be found in the nearby seaside town of Ventnor. Further amenities can be found in Ventnor as well as an attractive esplanade. Castlehaven, a beautiful secluded beach that only the locals know about is minutes from the property and with a little café this is the perfect place to relax
A short path runs through the courtyard to the entrance into this end of terrace property. On entering the cottage, you are met with a light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen space has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The lounge area has a wood burner to snuggle up beside and is the perfect spot to relax in front of the TV after a day spent exploring. Next is the stylish shower room with WC. A cottage style staircase rises to the first floor, where you will find a pretty double bedroom and a cosy bunk room.
Heading outside to the front of the property brings you to a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, the ideal space to enjoy a glass of something refreshing as the sun goes down. Roadside parking can be found throughout the village (subject to availability).
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
