This spacious and tastefully decorated property features a charming lounge which is an ideal space for relaxing in, with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The adjoining sunroom also offers stunning views as well as a wood burner and a glass balcony which is perfect if you want to sit back with a drink in the afternoon. You can enjoy a fantastic meal in the attractively designed and fully equipped kitchen/diner. There are also four cosy bedrooms: a double room on the ground floor, a double and a twin on the first floor, and a twin room on the lower ground floor which opens onto its own patio with sea views. Stepping outside, the extensive gardens have been beautifully landscaped, blending seamlessly into the countryside. The gardens feature gently sloping lawns, flower beds, trees, several seating areas and a wildflower area which is a haven for butterflies and insects.

Situated on the outskirts of Studland, this lovely property is perfect for families looking to enjoy this tranquil village’s beautiful beach, nature reserve, trekking centre and much more. Nearby landmarks include the Dragons’ Teeth, Ballard Down and Agglestone Rock (all within a mile). From Studland, you can catch a ferry to Brownsea Island or across to Poole. The popular Victorian seaside town of Swanage (4 miles) is nearby, or you can explore Durlston Country Park (5.5 miles) or head inland to the quaint village of Corfe Castle (6 miles).

Braeside is even better than it looks in pictures! The panoramic windows really make the house so light and airy and the views of the countryside and Studland bay are stunning. It is really spacious, bright and clean and really well equipped too - like a home from home. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Undoubtedly this is a lovely property in a great location, however, it is showing signs of wear and tear and needs more investment to bring it to a standard that warrants the high rental costs,

While the cottage is very well presented a couple of things let it down - very slippery steps and path to the house. A bug problem - so that we were constantly vacuuming up dead bugs.
