This spacious and tastefully decorated property features a charming lounge which is an ideal space for relaxing in, with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The adjoining sunroom also offers stunning views as well as a wood burner and a glass balcony which is perfect if you want to sit back with a drink in the afternoon. You can enjoy a fantastic meal in the attractively designed and fully equipped kitchen/diner. There are also four cosy bedrooms: a double room on the ground floor, a double and a twin on the first floor, and a twin room on the lower ground floor which opens onto its own patio with sea views. Stepping outside, the extensive gardens have been beautifully landscaped, blending seamlessly into the countryside. The gardens feature gently sloping lawns, flower beds, trees, several seating areas and a wildflower area which is a haven for butterflies and insects.

Situated on the outskirts of Studland, this lovely property is perfect for families looking to enjoy this tranquil village’s beautiful beach, nature reserve, trekking centre and much more. Nearby landmarks include the Dragons’ Teeth, Ballard Down and Agglestone Rock (all within a mile). From Studland, you can catch a ferry to Brownsea Island or across to Poole. The popular Victorian seaside town of Swanage (4 miles) is nearby, or you can explore Durlston Country Park (5.5 miles) or head inland to the quaint village of Corfe Castle (6 miles).

This is a very special clean comfortable spacious property in a wonderful peaceful location. The views are stunning from inside and from the balcony. For walkers Braeside is a delight as from the house the walks are many and varied. Thanks for all the information provided on site to enhance our stay.

We had a wonderful holiday at Braeside. The house has everything you need, spotless, plenty of space for everyone and views that take some beating! Sitting on the outside terrace looking out over Studland Bay to Poole harbour or sitting in the conservatory with panoramic views of Ballard Down absolutely stunning. Lovely walks from the house to HarrRead moreys rock or to Studland beach or just a 5min stroll down the lane to Manor Farm for an excellent cream tea. We will definitely be back. Hide

This is a very well equipped property in a wonderful location on the side of Ballard Down, with spectacular views of countryside, coast and Studland village. Very well stocked P.O./General Store in Studland village by the lane leading to Braeside.. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great walk from Corfe Castle along downs to Braeside and the heathlandRead more around the RSPB reserve at Arne, is very attractive, particularly with the gorse in bloom. The cottage was fantastic!! Everything you need is included. Amazing views. Needs to be seen as photos really don't do it justice. The walks were brilliant (a few people may struggle with the hills) and the views on the hilltop at sunset were beautiful. I would 100% recommend you visit braeside you won't regret it. Braeside is a fantastic house set in a beautiful location. A great place to relax and unwind and spend quality time together. The house has all the facilities you need and is a good base for exploring the delights of the Purbeck peninsula and Dorset. We'd certainly stay there again!

A lovely comfortable house with stunning views and wonderful walks from the house. Lacked basic kitchen essentials. Details state parking for three cars but we struggled to access the parking area from the narrow lane with 2 larger cars and 1 average. Spoilt our plans as we just did walks from the house to avoid risking damaging our cars parking. NRead moreo sensor lighting working either. Garden somewhat neglected and not suitable for using on our stay. Despite all this had a lovely holiday. Hide

Lovely cottage with outstanding views. Total tranquility. Some good walks, although the hill back to the cottage could be a strain for some. The cottage is very well equipped throughout, and has plenty of room and seating. Very close to the beaches, shops, and pub.

We really enjoyed our stay in this superior cottage. The view from the balcony was lovely , The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and various country walks, we would like to return next year to explore more local walks as one week was not long enough
