Magnificent beachfront house, stylishly furnished with spectacular panoramic sea views from its main rooms, large decked area and stunning garden.

This spacious house is situated immediately beside the sea. A stroll across the lawn leads to the beach where swimming, beach sports and boating can be enjoyed. A yacht can also be privately moored. There are panoramic sea views from the main rooms in the house and from the garden. Bonny Blink is in the peaceful seaside village of Seaview, on the east side of the Isle of Wight commanding views across the Solent and the open sea. The village centre, with its shops, post office and restaurants is less than a five-minute walk away. There are several excellent restaurants in Seaview and nearby St. Helens and Bembridge.

Bonny Blink is an impressive property with a wonderful feeling of light and space and a sense of excitement is created by being so close to the sea. The house has been furnished and equipped with care to provide comfortable accommodation for ten people. The front door leads into a large hallway which opens into a spacious central day room. Visitors can relax and enjoy the open sea views through the extensive windows which are along most of the length of the room. During warm weather, three sets of French doors can be opened on to a decked area where meals can be enjoyed outside. There is also an open-plan dining area inside the house which enjoys spectacular sea views. The dining table accommodates 10 people. The sitting room is attractively furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. It has a large bay window with a window seat, and passing yachts and boats can be viewed. There is an open fire which provides a focus for the room. A large flat screen television with Freesat, a DVD player and VCR are also provided.

The house has a fitted kitchen with hand made American Oak units, plus a television. It is equipped with an electric cooker and gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. The adjoining utility room contains a large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. There is also a ground floor bedroom with a king-sized double bed and en-suite shower room. Stairs lead up to four further spacious bedrooms - two double and two twin rooms. A wooden cot and high chair can be provided if required. The master bedroom with a super-king size bed has incredible sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a WC and both a bath and built in shower. (A television is provided in this bedroom). The second double bedroom with king-size bed is fitted with American Oak wardrobes. There is a family shower room with a WC, bath and overhead shower. A hand basin is provided in all of the bedrooms.

Bonny Blink is centrally heated and has a water system which enables visitors to have constant hot water for baths and showers. A telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and WiFi broadband internet are available. In the garden, there is an extensive decked area where visitors can relax. A large table and garden chairs, plus a gas barbecue are provided, as well as reclining chairs for sunbathing. Steps lead down to a lawn and to the beach. Visitors can sit and enjoy a meal whilst watching other members of their party swimming or playing on the sand and in the rock pools. The decking area is secured from the lower garden with a rail and nautical wires, but the steps are open.

Two cars can be parked at the front of the house. A shop, post office and public house are within a five-minute walk. Nearby places to visit include Osborne House - the Island home of Queen Victoria, the coastal villages of St. Helens and Bembridge, or the more lively entertainments of Ryde where there is a boating lake, theatre and ten-pin bowling centre.

A gorgeous home in an enviable location. We felt so privileged to stay in what was obviously a family home, full of character and incredibly well equipped. The deck area is huge, the views are stunning. We would love to return.
