Rest and rejuvenate in this modern property with crisp and bright interiors. Explore the town of Sandown, where you’ll find a beach less than 0.5 miles from you, seafront cafes, an animal sanctuary and family attractions. Afterwards, dine alfresco in the pristine garden and enjoy the company of your guests in the spacious open-plan living space. If you’re in need of some ‘me’ time, sink into a bubble bath with a glass of wine.

Inside there is a potch to hang up beach towels or wipe down sandy paws. The open-plan kitchen and living area is sleek and well organised with a gentle coastal theme running throughout, a dining table, breakfast bar, and two comfortable sofas in front of the patio doors. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a smart TV and a super-king-size bed, a family bathroom and a twin room. Outside is a stretch of lawn in the enclosed garden with a BBQ and outdoor seating.

The property is located between the town centre and the beach in Sandown so you can enjoy a quick visit to the local eateries with ease, while also having the option to stroll down to the Esplanade in the mornings. If you’re an animal lover, visit Tapnell Farm (17.5 miles) or the Wildlheart Animal Sanctuary (1 mile). If you’ve brought your four-legged friend with you, there are plenty of coastal walking paths to enjoy long strolls with scenic views. If you’re an active family, you could even spend a day at the Shanklin and Dandown Golf Club (1 mile). You could even hop on a boat from the harbour (less than 0.5 miles) and admire the island by water.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Stunning property, spotlessly clean on arrival and early checkin time if 2.30pm. The house is perfectly positioned only 5 min walk to Sandown beach through fernhill gardens. We welcomed the toys in the 2nd bedroom for our young children and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed at the property as a family of four. The house is very modern, warm and comfortable, and spacious for 4 people. We throughly enjoyed our stay for a week. The location is perfect, just 10 minute walk to the beach. The arcade on the pier is great for a rainy day, and a variety of restaurants on the seafront. We did spend a lovely week in this cottage with our daughter and our dog. The cottage is very well equipped and located in walking distance to the beach. Weve had a wonderful week, thank you!

Fab modern and convenient dog friendly house close to local amenities and great for exploring further afield. Beautiful interior, spacious feel throughout and high spec fittings. Quiet both in the house and in the garden. The garden is 100% secure too to keep your puppy safe.

The Cottage is 5 stars all round in my opinion, it was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything that you would possibly need for a holiday stay even down to toys and bowls for your doggy companions. Beautiful house and garden to sit in. Very comfortable beds and sofas.

This is a great property in a great location within easy reach of beaches. It has everything you need for a week away (or more) with or without dog. Our dog Charlie had a wonderful time and we were very grateful that the owner provides dog bowls as we forgot to pack ours. Rod

This is a conveniently located house close to Sandown sea front. Dog friendly which was great, and toddler friendly (stairgate & toys available). Modern & stylish feel with an open plan design. Reserved car parking space outside (with EV charge point) was ideal. TV inc. Netflix useful on rainy days. Good house, great location. The nearby cliff path is great for access to the beach with good walks in either direction towards Yaverland or Shanklin. The house itself is really well equipped, with all modcons, and was warm and comfortable. On arrival had one query that the agent sorted within minutes. Only quibble was discovering the "no dogs upstaRead moreirs" policy while we were there, too late. I've got an anxious dog for who that's not an option yet, so that needs to be in the info on the site. Hide

A stunning modern home with a secure rear garden especially if you have a dog, parking outside the front and walking distance to amenities, the beach and the leisure centre. The house has everything you need, we stayed for a week and will definitely return again in the future.
