This second floor apartment was immaculate. Could have just been built although I was advised by another tennant that it was 12 years old. Everything was provided, right down to milk in the fridge, lovely biscuits and a host of other nice touches, going above and beyond. The property has a lift, making it accessable to less able people. This apartment met all our needs- the cleanliness was second to none and we had the best night sleep ever! It is slightly out of the main town but we were very happy with the location. The apartment has everything you could want. I was delighted to find that it had a washing machine. Towels were also provided which I hadn't expected. The views over the hills are stunning. An excellently presented and comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean and the flowers and biscuits were a nice touch. The best test of holiday accommodation is when there is a problem. We managed to leave behind a small vanity case with make up, jewellry and toiletries. Ballard Down view is in a good location as it is within easy walking distance from town and bus stops are just at the end of the road for No. 50 buses to Bournemouth. As we were on the top floor we were very pleased with the lift, which is not often found in places such as this. The apartment is beautiful. It seemed as though everything was brand nRead moreew.
