Set within a character terrace in Freshwater village, this spacious house is ideally situated for exploring the western coast of the Isle of Wight. If you’re feeling energetic a walk up Tennyson Down will take you up above Freshwater Bay, where you will find spectacular scenery, including views of the iconic Needles rocks. The village centre offers a good selection of amenities for those essential supplies, or perhaps try your hand at golf on the nearby course. Beach lovers will enjoy exploring the pebbled shores of Freshwater Bay, which is within walking distance.

On entering the property you are met with the sunroom that gives access to the lounge. The lounge is the perfect spot to relax and watch a film as it has a wood burner, TV and DVD. Next to the lounge is a contemporary kitchen/diner, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet room with shower and WC. Rising from the kitchen/diner are the stairs, leading to a single bedroom at the front of the house and a bright and airy double bedroom. Opposite here is a further double bedroom and the bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside you will find an enclosed decked area with garden furniture. Located directly outside of the kitchen, it is the ideal spot to relax with a drink or meal to make the most of any sun. Roadside parking can be found to the front of the property (subject to availability)

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Excellent location, nice, roomy house, comfortable beds. A few problems as above, that could easily be rectified.
