Within 2 miles lies the village's renowned sandy beach, inviting visitors to enjoy the sand and sea or enjoy the homecooked meals at the seafront pub. For those seeking tranquillity, a short stroll along the coast leads to the quaint Steephill Cove, 4 miles, accessible only by foot and offering a peaceful place to relax by the water, complemented by a renowned beachfront restaurant specializing in locally sourced crab dishes. Nearby, Ventnor Botanic Gardens, 2 miles, showcases a stunning array of subtropical and exotic plants thriving within the unique microclimate of the area.

Upon entering this lovely cottage, you'll be greeted by the open-plan yet cosy kitchen, and living room area. The cosy living room is equipped with ample comfy seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner, making it the perfect place to curl up and watch a film after a long day exploring the island. This room also features a small dining table, the ideal place to plan the day ahead over your morning coffee. The country-style kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your holiday needs. Heading up the narrow spiral stairs into the bedroom, you’ll find a gorgeous king-size room with calming décor and a lovely view of the farming fields, providing a peaceful space to unwind. Next to this main bedroom, there is a small area which acts as an extension of the main room which features a single bed, enabling this cottage to sleep three. Heading back downstairs and completing this stunning, stone cottage is a small downstairs modern bathroom with shower and WC.

Moving out to the front of this lovely holiday home is a charming, cobbled courtyard complete with BBQ.
