Previously a dairy barn and now lovingly converted into a characterful cottage, this welcoming home sleeps four guests and is situated just outside the Isle of Wight town of Newport. On site, there is a restaurant, children’s play park, and opportunities for horse riding.
Set off a quaint courtyard, this lovely holiday cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enter straight into the stylish kitchen and cook up a storm, before heading through to the lounge/diner. Beamed ceilings and large windows make this a welcoming space, where you can relax and watch movies together, tuck into a good book, or play games and eat around the four-seater dining table. Finally on the ground floor is a large shower room. When you are ready for some shuteye, head upstairs where you will find two bedrooms with zip-and-link beds, which can be made into a king-size or twin on on request. Both bedrooms have en-suites, one is a bathroom with a sumptuous bath and the other has a shower. Outside to the back of the property is a large, enclosed garden which has a lawn space and a patio with furniture. A shared garden outside the front of the property is provided, and there is also a separate exercise area for dogs on site.
Situated on a horse-riding farm, this rural retreat has resident pigs and sheep, a restaurant, and a play area. All the amenities you will need can be found in the bustling town of Newport (0.5 miles) Fun family days out can be had at Monkey Haven and Butterfly World (0.5 miles), and history buffs will love a trip to Carisbrooke Castle (3 miles).
