Stayed late September 2024, myself and a friend stayed here, everything clean on arrival, a well layed out house with off road parking for a car. Conservatory off the kitchen with a nice garden. Spacious property with off road parking that can be difficult to access at times. Conservatory a great addition to the property. Very well equipped and clean and tidy throughout. Some parts of property not accessible as not renovated yet. If you are lucky you may get a visit from the badger and foxes we saw on a few occasions. Great location and only a short walk from the town, the interior and decor is so lovely and makes for such a nice stay! If you are travelling with children or elders, I would just be conscious of the steep staircase, especially as the bathroom is downstairs. A real home from home feel to the house. Close proximity to central cowes where there are plenty of restaurants to dine out. But equally if you wanted to dine in then there are great facilities to do that in the house. A huge dining area is great for this.

Good location, nice garden, inside was very disappointing with a kitchen that needs urgent attention. No bathroom available upstairs and treacherous stairs to negotiate at night. Probably the worst accommodation we have stayed in ,in over 15 years. Good location but not worth the money.

Lovely cottage and proximity to Cowes was perfect. The only downside was the lack of a toilet upstairs which is essential to most people and especially as the stairs are very steep.

All in all hill top house is well worth a visit, its in a very good position easy walk into town and easy to drive out from to other destinations with the benefit of parking, not always available in Cowes properties.
