Bright and tastefully decorated throughout, with delightful a balcony and feature windows, this elegant and attractive penthouse apartment provides fantastic holiday accommodation for larger families and groups of friends. Boasting a fabulous view across Swanage Bay, the apartment is close to the town’s golden sandy beach, with a wonderful array of friendly pubs and restaurants within easy reach.

The apartment can be reached via the lift or the staircase from the shared entrance hall. The spacious, light and welcoming lounge/diner offers stunning views over the bay and makes a wonderful space in which to relax at the end of a great day. Featuring a TV/DVD and plenty of comfortable seating, the lounge is perfect for enjoying the views or a movie, while the large dining area is perfect for a celebratory meal, and also has a bar area with a fridge/freezer. The apartment has a stylishly designed kitchen, fully equipped so you can rustle up a special family meal. Exploring further, there are four light and relaxing bedrooms, all decorated in colourful, soothing tones: three twin rooms and an en-suite king-size room. The apartment also has a stylish Jack and Jill bathroom. A delightful terrace offers glorious sea views and make a wonderful spot for some al fresco dining on a sunny afternoon.

Swanage has a beautiful beach, a Victorian pier and a traditional promenade, with local attractions including Durlston Country Park, Anvil Point, Ballard Down and Dancing Ledge (all within 2.5 miles). Studland Bay is nearby (6 miles), with Kimmeridge a little further along the coast (10 miles). Heading inland, you can visit the pretty village of Corfe Castle (5.5 miles) or enjoy walks through some of the area’s stunning nature reserves.

Had a family get together over Christmas and this place was as good as all the reviews had led us to believe.. Clean; well equipped; ideal location; excellent vista from the living room; perfect ambience for a relaxing break.

A lovely property with the most fantastic views. Plenty of room for everyone to relax, inside or out on the balcony. Comfortable beds in good size bedrooms. Let down by a few small things, such as lack of toilet roll and chipped crockery, But would definitely stay there again.

This property is wonderful in every way. Loved the way the lift opened straight into the apartment. Everything set up for comfort and enjoyment. Amazing views to enjoy even if weather turns unpleasant.

Our second stay at Flat 7, Deco and it was wonderful. The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for combined with the best location and views in Swanage. Cant wait to go back .

We had a great time at this flat, couldnt fault it. Had all the equipment we needed, very clean and the view was fantastic. Location was great, we only used the car once. Wed gladly stay again. Only issue we had was we got stuck in the lift but thats a building issue, not a flat one and the company sent someone out very quickly

We loved the apartment it was central and had the most wonderful views, however, this was spoilt by the fact that the 2nd balcony was not able to be used.there were notes saying do not use I paid for a 2 balcony apartment and was not advised prior to arrival, also the 1st few days were spoiled by work being carried out in the downstairs apartment, Read morewe had drilling and banging during the day, I feel very disappointed ,this took the shine off our holiday. Perfect accommodation in every way . The beautiful panoramic sea view from the lounge was breathtaking. Plenty to do and see without travelling too far . Dorset is a very pretty county .

This is by far the best place we've ever stayed at! Deco is extremely well placed for easy access to the town and the beach. The best part though is the panoramic view, it's awesome!! The apartment was extremely well equipped and the owner seems to have thought of everything. We'd certainly recommend it and would love to return soon.

Fabulous location, with the beach, shops, restaurants, buses right on the doorstep. Our first impression was of a beautiful, comfortable apartment, but closer inspection revealed bed linen that did not appear to have been changed, dirty towels not removed, surfaces not dusted and hit-and-miss vacuuming. Really well equipped, beautiful, spacious apartment. Excellent position and view. One of our party was in a wheelchair and had no problem with access into the apartment and moving around once inside. Had a great family Christmas and hope to visit again in the summer.

Deco 5 Is an amazing property with far reaching views across the bay. We are a family of 5 and had a great week here. It is close to the beach and the town and is the perfect base. It is in need of a deep clean and a bit of love, but it is an amazing place to stay and we loved it.

I am 92 years of age and spent my annual holiday with my four daughters who are 69, 67, 65 and 58. We were all delighted with the property which was very clean and comfortable. The view from the lounge and balconies was wonderful and we really didnt want to leave. The lift made access very easy for me. I hope to be able to visit again. Thank you.

Fabulous views from apartment but in general tired with poor quality beds & furniture.We had a very poor start to our holiday.- beds had not been changed,we suspect possibly in quite a while,towels reused and dirty bath mats rolled up and reused.The kitchen was also pretty dirty and bathroom floors not seen a mop-general cleanliness very poor. OnceRead more reported,Holiday Cottages were superb in their response-sent someone in to sort it out.It should not have been allowed to be let in that state. Hide
