Wow factor when entering but let down by silly things. Three light bulbs not working, security light not working, dirty tea-towels, grubby and very uncomfortable sofa and very hard mattress in master bedroom. Garage entered and left open whilst we were out and key-safe had been tampered with whilst we were out. Fortunately we kept key with us at alRead morel times. Would have given much higher rating otherwise. Location is very good and ideal as a base for lots of attractions. Hide

A lovely cottage for our short break. A fabulous base for our small family with so much to explore nearby. The house is spacious and lovely and clean. Contains all you need for a self catering stay in a beautiful area. Would love to return in summer.

Modern and functional holiday house in great location. Comfortable bedrooms and good bathroom. Ground floor rooms felt a bit sparse, fire doors tended to slam. However was clean and well equipped. Studland arguably has the best beaches in the uk!
