Dawn Cottage is a lovely, traditional well equipped holiday property located in a quiet and peaceful no-through-road. It is close to the heath but is also only a short walk to the beach and Studland Village centre.

Dawn cottage has a great location for Studland beaches and walks, old Harrys bar nearby a great find. Property is reasonably well equipped however, furnishings and decor tired and in need of a deep clean.

Shabby, needs a deep clean. We wont stay here again due to stains on mattresses. Location is exceptional. There was an issue with the oven it was resolved well and professionally.

The property was in an ideal position near the coast and many walks. The cottage had lots of games, books and information. The cleaning of the cottage on arrival was not good enough especially as we could not arrive before 5pm to allow extra cleaning.

We really loved our week at Dawn Cottage. All the little touches on arrival were really appreciated. It really felt like a family home . We loved all the board games and books, especially about Dorset. Access arrangements were easy. Parking was great. Agglestone road is really quiet with deer grazing nearby and only a short walk into the village anRead mored the beach. We would love to come back again next year. Hide

What a fab find!! This cottage is great value for money and feel bigger than the photos let on. The location was good, the outside space was great. Bonus that it was almost next to a playground so the kids were very happy! We would definitely book again!

Location is fantastic, walkable to village, heath and beaches . Generally comfortable. Unfortunately let down by not being particularly clean and doesnt appear that all covid safe guidlines are being followed.
