The light and welcoming open-plan kitchen/diner has several seating areas and is a great space to sit back, chat and share a favourite meal. The ground floor also features a children’s playroom with a TV and a variety of books, toys and games. There are five light bedrooms upstairs – four double rooms (two can be made up as twin rooms on request) and a bunk bedroom perfect for children. Stepping outside, the property features a boules court to the front and a back garden with an artificial lawn and a couple of seating areas. Here you can sit back, admire the view – including a glimpse of the sea – and enjoy al fresco drinks or a BBQ. The back gate leads out onto a National Trust footpath.
Studland is a charming coastal village with a beautiful beach and several nearby nature reserves including Studland and Godlingston Heath, as well as a ferry service which can take you to Brownsea Island and Poole. You can also visit the delightful seaside town of Swanage (3.5 miles), the quaint village of Corfe Castle (5.5 miles) and the charming market town of Wareham (10.5 miles). Other attractions include Kimmeridge Bay (10.5 miles), The Blue Pool (8 miles) and Hartland Moor (7 miles).
