Central Villa is attractively situated in a small lane in the centre of the lovely seaside town of Swanage. The sea is less than a 2 minute walk away. Swanage is renowned for its sandy beach and beautiful bay set amidst wonderful Purbeck countryside. This is part of the Jurassic coast and is a fantastic walking area. The coastal path, which is only 2 minutes walk away, leads westwards to the pretty Dorset villages of Langton & Worth Matravers, Kimmeridge and Lulworth.

Priory Farm Cottage is a 'chocolate box' traditional thatched cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside and within a 10 minute drive of the sea at Lulworth. Here swimming, fishing trips, rib riides and the 'fossil forrest' can be enjoyed. There are also wonderful walks with the coast path extending westwards to Weymouth and eastwards to Studland. The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a 'king size' master bedroom, a smaller double bedroom and a charming single room. Outside there is a lovely fenced garden with large lawns and a patio area for enjoying meals plus a play area for children.

Willow Cottage is attractively situated in Langton Matravers - a small village amidst the beautiful Purbeck Hills. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with easy access to the World Heritage coastline. Footpaths lead almost directly from the cottage to the coast near Dancing Ledge. Visitors also have direct access across National Trust fields to nearby woodland and can follow footpaths along the valley to the pretty village of Corfe Castle.

This lovely stone cottage stands in a quiet lane within a 3 minute walk of the central square of the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. Corfe is renowned for its dramatic and majestic castle which is protected by the National Trust. The wonderful sandy beach of Studland is within a 15 minute drive. Here there is a two mile stretch of sand where swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed. The more lively small resort of Swanage is also within a 15 minute drive where there is also a long sandy beach.

The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom plus a small courtyard garden and parking for one car.

Stone cottage with lovely open view across fields to the sea, situated in the delightful Purbeck village of Worth Matravers. Wonderful walking and cycling area. The cottage is within a ten to 15 minute walk of the coastal path and from here visitors can walk westwards to Chapman's Pool, Kimmeridge and Lulworth or eastwards to Swanage and Studland. Renowned public house for local ciders within 5 minutes walk. Also attractive tea shop/supper room overlooking the pretty village duck pond. The historic village of Corfe Castle is within a 5 minute drive as is the sandy beach of the small resort of Swanage.
This delightful stone cottage stands in West Street, a quiet lane, close to the centre of the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The dramatic ruins of the castle provide a wonderful backdrop to the village and marvellous open views can be enjoyed from the hill on which it stands. This is a superb walking and cycling area – the village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the rolling Purbeck hills. Visitors can walk directly from the cottage and join footpaths to the delightful coastal villages of Kimmeridge, Lulworth, and Studland – the latter is renowned for its miles of unspoilt sandy beach. A steam train also links Corfe Castle with the small coastal resort of Swanage where swimming, paddling, fishing, boating and diving can be enjoyed.
Woaddens Cottage is a traditional Grade II listed cottage built of Purbeck stone and is thought to date back to the 18th century. It has been attractively furnished and equipped and is centrally heated. On the ground floor there is a lovely dining area with a pine table and chairs beside a window; a cosy area with a sofa and coffee table - a particularly pleasant place to relax whilst watching the activity in the large open plan fitted kitchen - equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, sink and refrigerator. A washing machine and fridge/freezer are provided in an adjoining utility area. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Stairs lead up directly into a charming sitting room with a delightful 'Country House' feel with large Georgian windows, two sofas, a television/ DVD/Freesat. On this floor there is also a well equipped bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin, w.c. and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. A further small flight of stairs leads up to the third floor where there is a single bedroom and a delightful spacious double bedroom with a 6ft super king sized bed and glimpses of the castle. A travel cot/high chair can be provided. Central heating and electricity without extra charge. Wifi internet available.
At the rear of the cottage there is a walled courtyard with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed outside. An external stone staircase leading up to the first floor of Woaddens is an attractive feature of the courtyard. This is believed to be one of only two external staircases in this ancient village. From the courtyard a short passageway leads directly into a lane which provides a second easy access to the cottage. Bikes can be left undercover in the passageway. Cars can be parked in front of the cottage from October to May. Alternatively, visitors are provided with an annual 'Reserved Space Parking Permit' which allows free parking in an area within a one minute walk of the cottage. Public houses, excellent local bakers, National Trust shop, tea shop, village stores, restaurant and good bus service to Swanage, Wareham and Poole are within a 5 minute walk.
For Christmas there are decorations and a small christmas tree provided.
Woaddens Cottage is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided at a charge of £12.00 at Woaddens Cottage. Woaddens Cottage is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 14:30 and the normal departure time is 10:00. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from and 28th October 2017 to 17th December 2017.

Corfe Castle is a historic town at the heart of Purbeck. This pretty Dorset village is best know for the ruins of the 11th Century castle of Corfe Castle which sits above the village of the same name. The village has a good range of shops, cafes and restaurants and the surrounding countryside is well served with footpaths and cycle tracks.

Swanage Steam Railway - Corfe Castle is connected with the seaside town of Swanage by the Swanage Steam Railway. Walk to Swanage - There is a lovely hill top pathway running from Corfe Castle to Swanage. The walk starts on Sandy Hill Ln (under the railway bridge) where you follow signposts to up the hill to a view of Corfe Castle. Simply follow the ridge all the way to Ulwell from where you can follow the pavement into Swanage. The return journey can be done on the Steam Railway or walk back to enjoy the views in the other direction.

The Isle of Purbeck is a peninsular of land located in the South of Dorset and is famous for its sandy beaches, beautiful countryside and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. The sea surrounds Purbeck on three sides and nowhere is for from the coast. Apart from the small town of Swanage, the Isle of Purbeck is made up of small rural hamlets and traditional villages.
The North side of Purbeck is dominated by a wooded and heathland nature reserve and where it meets the water of Poole Harbour it attracts a great deal of bird life. The East coast of Purbeck is known for the two long sandy beaches at Studland and Swanage but also for the limestone pillars at Old Harry's Rocks. Along the South Coast is the start of the Jurassic Coast which is characterised by impressive coastal formations like Dancing Ledge and Durdle Door but also for quiet coves and peaceful beaches for swimming.
Much of Purbeck has been declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the vast majority of Purbeck remains in the hands of nature. This is ideal for walkers and cyclists who are free to explore large areas of countryside and take in a number of wondrous locations.
