Vine Cottage is a pretty thatched holiday cottage within a 1 minute walk of the sandy beach of Studland in the Isle of Purbeck. This traditional cottage has been equipped and furnished with care to provide very attractive and comfortable accommodation. Studland is 'An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' protected by the National Trust and there are over 4 miles of sandy beaches to enjoy. This is also a wonderful walking and cycling area. The coastal path from Studland, passes Old Harry Rocks and leads onwards to the small coastal resort of Swanage. Restaurant and public house plus beach cafe all within 5 minutes walk.

This lovely grade II listed stone cottage stands close to the centre of Swanage and is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Here the golden sand gently slopes into the water making it ideal for paddling and swimming. The town centre is a 3 minute walk away and is particularly pleasant with its small shops, various restaurants, cafes and public houses.

The Bakery Cottage is a lovely stone property which stands in the centre of the charming village of Langton Matravers amidst beautiful Purbeck countryside and within a few minutes drive of the sandy beach of the small resort of Swanage. Priory Farm Cottage is a 'chocolate box' traditional thatched cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside and within a 10 minute drive of the sea at Lulworth. Here swimming, fishing trips, rib riides and the 'fossil forrest' can be enjoyed. There are also wonderful walks with the coast path extending westwards to Weymouth and eastwards to Studland. The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a 'king size' master bedroom, a smaller double bedroom and a charming single room. Outside there is a lovely fenced garden with large lawns and a patio area for enjoying meals plus a play area for children.

Central Villa is attractively situated in a small lane in the centre of the lovely seaside town of Swanage. The sea is less than a 2 minute walk away. Swanage is renowned for its sandy beach and beautiful bay set amidst wonderful Purbeck countryside. This is part of the Jurassic coast and is a fantastic walking area. The coastal path, which is only 2 minutes walk away, leads westwards to the pretty Dorset villages of Langton & Worth Matravers, Kimmeridge and Lulworth.

Willow Cottage is attractively situated in Langton Matravers - a small village amidst the beautiful Purbeck Hills. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with easy access to the World Heritage coastline. Footpaths lead almost directly from the cottage to the coast near Dancing Ledge. Visitors also have direct access across National Trust fields to nearby woodland and can follow footpaths along the valley to the pretty village of Corfe Castle.

This delightful stone cottage with the green front door is beautifully situated overlooking the large scenic mill pond in the pretty, old part of Swanage. The pond is home to ducks and moorhens and is beside the charming church of St Mary’s. This is a lovely peaceful setting with no passing traffic. The cottage is within a pleasant 5 minute stroll of the beautiful sandy beach of the small seaside resort.

Lovely fishermans cottage located in the old part of Swanage within a one minute walk of the sea. Swanage is a small resort with a sandy beach which is ideal for paddling, swimming and boating. The cottage has accommodation on 3 floors and there are views across the sea to the Isle of Wight from the top floor. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom plus a small courtyard garden and parking for one car.
This lovely ‘Chocolate Box’ thatched cottage is located in Colehill on the eastern fringe of the beautiful market town of Wimborne Minster. The cottage itself is approximately 400 years old and is one of five original cottages. The original hamlet has been extended over the years and is now surrounded by a mixture of houses and bungalows. It is a 10 minute walk from the forestry commission owned vast woodland of Cannon Hill; 20 minutes walk and you will be on the banks of the river Stour - kingfishers and otters can be seen along this stretch of the river as it heads towards the grounds of Canford School. The local hostelry to the cottage is The Fox and Hounds - a family friendly public house with a huge garden. Meals can also be enjoyed at the nearby Dudsbury Golf Club. Here visitors can play a game of golf or be pampered in the spa. The beautiful National Trust property of Kingston Lacy is also within a 10 minute drive. Holly Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful counties of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire as it is in such a good central location with easy access to a network of arterial roads. Nearby is The New Forest; the magnificent Jurassic coastline; the sandy beaches of Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage; pretty rural villages and historic towns. Holly Cottage has been sensitively renovated and extended to provide light and spacious accommodation whilst retaining the essential traditional cottage feel of the property. It has been furnished and equipped with care to provide very attractive and comfortable accommodation for 6 people in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there a charming dining room with a large oak table and chairs; a fitted kitchen equipped with an electric cooker and 'induction' hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and walk-in larder; a separate tiled utility area with a washing machine and plenty of space for storing muddy boots and walking coats, with direct access to the garden; a delightful large sitting room with windows on three sides and French doors opening into the garden. The fireplace and wood burning stove provide a lovely central focus for the room which is furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs and sensitive lighting plus a large flat screen television/Freeview/DVD. On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom with a w.c./basin and a double bedroom. Stairs lead up to three additional charming bedrooms - a single room and two double rooms including a particularly light and spacious master bedroom with a 'king size' bed, views over the garden and an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin and w.c. In addition there is a family shower room with built in shower basin and w.c. Central heating and electricity without extra charge. Wifi internet available.
A particularly wonderful feature of the property is its delightful fenced cottage style garden with its lawn, pretty stone paths, shrubs and well stocked borders plus a small summer house. There is an outside dining area with a large teak table and bench seating and a smaller bistro type table and chairs - an ideal spot to enjoy reading the morning papers before planning your day. Parking space is available for two cars in the drive.

Two small/medium size dogs welcome, or one large dog by referral. The garden is fenced. Dogs can be left in the utility area whilst visitors are out for short periods, as long as the dogs are not likely to be noisy or destructive. Dogs are not permitted upstairs, on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also ask owners not to allow dogs to foul the garden. We regret that puppies under 12 months, dogs with incontinence problems and cats are not permitted at this property. Please ensure that your pet's treatment for the prevention of fleas is up to date.
