This spacious, charming detached cottage is a few moments walk from the heart of Worth Matravers and its delightful village green and duck pond. Worth Cottage has 4 lovely bedrooms, a large fitted kitchen and a charming sitting room with wood burning stove. Beautiful gardens of almost an acre. The sandy beach at Swanage is a 10 minute drive away and the cottage is only a 15 minute walk from the sea at Winspit. This beautiful area is part of the Jurassic Coast and is a wonderful walking and cycling area.

The cottage is within a ten to 15 minute walk of the coastal path and from here visitors can walk westwards to Chapman's Pool, Kimmeridge and Lulworth or eastwards to Swanage and Studland. Renowned public house for local ciders within 5 minutes walk. Also attractive tea shop/supper room overlooking the pretty village duck pond. The historic village of Corfe Castle is within a 5 minute drive as is the sandy beach of the small resort of Swanage.

Purbeck House is a beautiful, Grade II listed, stone property, dating back to the 1700’s with a large garden and views of the lovely Purbeck hills. It stands close to the centre of the picturesque village of Corfe Castle - almost at the very heart of the wonderful Isle of Purbeck with its rolling hills and sandy beaches.

The Cart House is very attractively situated on the 3000 acre Trigon Estate. It is one of three cottages in a small peaceful hamlet in a delightful rural area with walks directly from the house. Two golf courses and the RSPB site at Arne within 5 minutes drive. Sandy beach of the small resort of Swanage is within 10 miles. This property has, as its name suggests, been converted from the original cart house for the Trigon estate and it dates back to 1850. It is built with an attractive combination of brick and wood with lovely large windows. The Cart House has delightful gardens of almost an acre.

Lovely fishermans cottage located in the old part of Swanage within a one minute walk of the sea. Swanage is a small resort with a sandy beach which is ideal for paddling, swimming and boating. The cottage has accommodation on 3 floors and there are views across the sea to the Isle of Wight from the top floor. The cottage has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom plus a small courtyard garden and parking for one car.
Hayward House is a delightful property situated, in a quiet lane, in a conservation area, close to the centre of the traditional village of Langton Matravers which is set amongst the beautiful Purbeck hills in Dorset. Glimpses of the sea can be enjoyed from upper rooms. The village has a lovely church, village stores; a public house, small stone museum and an Adventure Farm for children. The house is within a 30 minute walk of the coast at Dancing Ledge – an area with World Heritage status which is part of the renowned Jurassic coastline. It is a wonderful walking and cycling area with the nearby Priest’s Way providing links to both the coastal village of Worth Matravers and the seaside resort of Swanage with its sandy beach, diving centre, fishing trips, traditional entertainments and steam railway. Swanage is less than a 5 minute drive away and the miles of sandy beach at Studland is also nearby.
This is a beautiful house with all the advantages of excellent insulation, double glazing, under floor heating in the kitchen and all bathrooms, oak and tiled floors plus deep carpets upstairs. The rooms are spacious, light and airy, and many of the first and second floor windows boast sea views. The house sleeps 8 in 4 double bedrooms with a super inflatable bed available to enable a child to sleep separately if required. All of the bedrooms have en-suite Porcelanosa bath / shower rooms and two of the bedrooms have the added luxury of dressing rooms.
The house has been furnished and equipped with great attention to detail to provide superb accommodation of the highest standard. On the ground floor there is: a large open plan sitting room with luxury sofas beside a wood burning stove and bi-fold doors open from here on to a secluded terrace; a beautiful dining area with a large oak table; a fabulous fitted kitchen with granite worktops; a stainless steel sink, gas hob with 4 burners, electric fan oven, and built in combi microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and Apple television; a separate utility area with a second sink, washing machine and tumble dryer; a lovely smaller sitting room with a corner sofa seating five people and a flat screen television with Sky and Sky Sports; a cloakroom with WC and basin.
Stairs lead up to a wonderfully spacious master bedroom with a king size double bed, large fitted wardrobes, a desk and views across the garden plus an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate built in shower, basin and WC; a smaller delightful double bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC and basin; a third double bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate built in shower, basin and WC. Stairs then lead up to the third floor where there is the fourth delightful double bedroom with a king size bed, beautiful dark wood furnishings; open views across the village to the downs and glimpses of the sea at Swanage. This bedroom has a dressing room and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin, WC and built in shower. All of the bath/shower rooms are tiled and equipped to a very high standard. Central heating and electricity without extra charge. Travel cot/high chair/stair gate available in addition to two single inflatable beds which can be provided to enable children to sleep separately in two of the double bedrooms. WiFi internet available.
Hayward House has an attractive walled and hedged garden at the front. To the rear there is a wonderful secluded terrace with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine. The bi-fold doors open, from the sitting room, into this area making it an absolute delight. Steps lead up from the terrace to a further area of fenced garden with a large lawn where visitors can relax and games can be played. There is parking for one car in front of the house and a second car can be parked in front of the garage at the rear. A regular bus service offers easy access to Swanage, Wareham, Poole and Bournemouth. Nearby places to visit include the Burngate Stone Carving Centre which offers stone carving classes for adults and children - a 2 minute drive; the picturesque and historic village of Corfe Castle; the coastal area of Arne which is protected by the RSPB and is excellent for bird watching.
Hayward House is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at Hayward House. Hayward House is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Friday to Friday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 16:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from 2nd June 2017 to 4th June 2017 and 27th October 2017 to 14th December 2017.

Langton Matravers is a rural village with pretty stone cottages within a short walk of the sea on the Southern side of Purbeck in Dorset. This charming and traditional village has a historic church, attractive stone buildings and an excellent local public house which puts on local events including local music.
The coastline below Langton Matravers is well known for the dramatic landscape and abundance of wildlife. It is a popular spot with walkers who stop off while walking along the coastal path and some take the time to have a swim. There is a good local walk to Dancing Ledge where there is a man made swimming pool dug into the rocks.
It's for anyone who likes to live life adventurously - you don’t have to be a seasoned explorer to enjoy a Go Ape experience! Go Ape offers up to three hours of tree top fun. It’s a great way to get outdoors and have some fun. The Moors Valley GoApe Country Park is within a 40min drive of Purbeck and is a great day out for the whole family. goape.co.uk
The Isle of Purbeck is a peninsular of land located in the South of Dorset and is famous for its sandy beaches, beautiful countryside and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. The sea surrounds Purbeck on three sides and nowhere is for from the coast. Apart from the small town of Swanage, the Isle of Purbeck is made up of small rural hamlets and traditional villages.
The North side of Purbeck is dominated by a wooded and heathland nature reserve and where it meets the water of Poole Harbour it attracts a great deal of bird life. The East coast of Purbeck is known for the two long sandy beaches at Studland and Swanage but also for the limestone pillars at Old Harry's Rocks. Along the South Coast is the start of the Jurassic Coast which is characterised by impressive coastal formations like Dancing Ledge and Durdle Door but also for quiet coves and peaceful beaches for swimming.
Much of Purbeck has been declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the vast majority of Purbeck remains in the hands of nature. This is ideal for walkers and cyclists who are free to explore large areas of countryside and take in a number of wondrous locations.
