Studland BeachStudland Beach is the longest sandy beach in Purbeck and is over 2 miles long. Studland beach is popular for swimming, sailing and sun bathing. The whole area is nature conservation area administered by the National Trust.
Swanage BeachThe beach at Swanage is a long sandy beach which extends from the centre of Swanage all the way to the foot of the Ballard Down. There is a popular end of the beach with ammusements and cafes and a quieter end where you can get some sandy beach all to yourself.
