Introduction

Central Villas is a coastal town house built on 3 levels with kitchen and living space on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities

● There is street parking in surrounding streets but not directly outside the property.
● Space for dropping off passengers is available right outside the front door.
● The path to the front door has two shallow steps and is less than 3 meters from the drop off spot.
● The street is a dead end and there is no passing traffic.

Entrances

● The front entrance has wooden door frame 7cm high which must be stepped over.
● The front entrance in 76cm wide.
● Inside the front entrance there is a hallway 1m wide

Property Layout

There is a lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. A door from the dining room leads out into the garden/courtyard. Faily steep steps lead to the 1st floor where there is a bathroom and two twin rooms. The top floor above has a shower room and double bedroom.
