Isle of Wight Beaches and Coastline

Isle of Wight Beaches
Isle of Wight Beaches

There are new information pages for Isle of Wight beaches and coastal locations on our website with descriptions of the beach, the beach facilities and where you will find it on the Isle of Wight. Each beach also come with a map and some nearby holiday accommodation within walking distance of the sea.

It also gives us a chance to talk about our favourite Isle of Wight beaches and some of those hidden treasures along the Isle of Wight Coast Line.

Today our favourite beach is Bonchurch Beach between Ventnor and Shanklin and within a short walk along the coastal path from Ventnor Beach. Bonchurch beach a mix of sand and shingle and when the tide is right there is a small sandy cove. Bonchurch Beach is special because of the peaceful isolation as well as the fantastic rock pools which are great for finding small crabs and little fish.
