The village of Niton is located on the South East of the Isle of Wight and is within a short walk of the sea. The neighbouring town of Ventnor is a short drive away as are the small coves and quiet beaches of the West Coast of the Isle of Wight.
Niton enjoys a traditional village life with a small grocery shop, public house and coffee shop. The village has a number of historic buildings including a church dating back to the 11th Century.

It is attractively situated in the grounds of a pretty 16th century thatched cottage, close to the centre of the village of Niton, on the south coast of the Island.
