Sweet Brook forms part of a wing of a superb 17th Century farmhouse built of Island Stone and surrounded by 5 acres of lovely garden and fields. It is situated in attractive West Wight countryside and is within a 5 minute drive of the south coast of the island and the beach at Brook. There are several quiet and charming bays on this side of the Island. Sweet Brook is in ‘An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and footpaths can be followed to the nearby Brighstone Downs to join the famous Tennyson trail which extends from Carisbrooke, in the centre of the Isle of Wight, to the Needles on the western tip.

This lovely stone cottage is situated in the small rural hamlet of Bowcombe which stands between the pretty village of Shorwell and Carisbrooke with its medieval castle. Shorwell and Carisbrooke are both within a 5 minute drive and have public houses which are good for meals. The cottage offers easy access to the small bays and coves on the south west side of the Isle of Wight. The larger sandy beaches of Ventnor and Shanklin are within a 20 minute drive.

This pretty cottage is attractively situated within a pleasant ten minute walk of the sandy beach of Ventnor or the quiet cove of Steephill on the south coast of the Island. Ventnor Park is at the rear of the cottage and paths lead through these gardens to the Esplanade. These gardens also adjoin the Botanical Garden of Ventnor which is renowned for its rare plants and the mild climate. The Clock House is one of a small group of cottages which have been converted from the original stables of Steephill Manor House.

This lovely detached house is very attractively situated, close to the cliff top above Totland Bay, on the west side of the Island. There are sea views from the rooms at the front of the house and the lighthouse at Hurst Point can be glimpsed in the distance. The sandy bay of Totland where swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed is only a 3 minute walk away. This is also a marvellous walking area.

Greenside is very pleasantly situated in a quiet,prestigious residential area of Cowes. There are open views from the rear of the house across the golf course. It is less than half a mile from the beach at Gurnard. The centre of Cowes is a 15-minute walk from the house.

A house of great character and charm dating back to the 1800's. It is delightfully situated in the picturesque village of Bonchurch and is only 5 minutes walk from the sea. Bonchurch is one of the warmest and sunniest spots on the Isle of Wight. It has an air of tranquillity with its lovely village pond, 11th century church, traditional style cottages, and small village post office. The sandy beaches of Ventnor are only a 2-minute drive away.

This picturesque Grade II listed cottage dates back to 1676 and is attractively situated at the end of a quiet lane with a lovely ford and footpath leading to the nearby medieval castle of Carisbrooke. Located in the oldest part of Carisbrooke village which is a conservation area lying within ‘An area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The castle is only 5 minutes walk away and can be glimpsed from the garden and main bedrooms. This is a wonderful walking area as within 5 minutes walk of the cottage visitors can join the famous Tennyson Trail which follows the downs westerly towards The Needles.

The Granary is a charming cottage, which has been carefully converted from the wing of a large ancient barn dating back to the 17th Century - Ningwood Green Barn. It is nestled in lovely peaceful West Wight countryside and has views across the surrounding fields to the downs. This is a lovely walking area and is not too far from the coastal path.

This lovely stone cottage occupies an attractive position in a quiet country lane, on the outskirts of Godshill. It has been converted from the original milking parlour of Lower Yard Farm and the building is thought to date back to the 1700 ‘s. A small riding stables is within a few minutes walk and most of the surrounding fields are home to horses. The centre of the picturesque village of Godshill, with its pretty thatched cottages, restaurants and tea shops is only 3/4 mile away.

Two Mead Cottage is one of a pair of cottages which stand in the attractive rural hamlet of Alverstone and is less than a 5 minute drive from the lovely sandy beaches of Sandown on the east coast of the Island. The cottage is located on a small 12 acre farm which is home to horses, cows and a few free range chickens. The farm is in “An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” and has a charming large pond which attracts ducks, moorhens and the occassional heron.

Sylvan Seas is a lovely detached house situated in a very pleasant area close to the sea on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. It is in an attractive, quiet residential area of individual properties with large gardens. There are views of the sea from the upper terrace and the front bedrooms. This part of the Island is renowned for its mild climate and a beautiful botanical garden with many rare plants is nearby. From the house visitors can take a 10 minute stroll to two small coves and can join the coastal path for a delightful walk through to Ventnor. The small coastal resort of Ventnor with its sandy beach, restaurants and entertainments is less than a 5 minute drive away.
