This 'picture postcard' detached stone cottage is beautifully situated in the small quiet coastal hamlet of Niton Undercliff on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. There are glimpses of the nearby sea from the upper windows and a short walk leads to St Catherine's Lighthouse and the sea at Castlehaven. The cottage have been furnished and equipped with the greatest care to provide accommodation of the highest standard. It also has a delightful enclosed cottage garden.

Woodland Court is a beautiful seaside holiday cottage at St Lawrence near Ventnor on the South East of the Isle of Wight. It is within a 5 minute walk of the beach at Steephill Cove and only 2 minutes from the coastal path which extends eastwards to the lovely seaside resort of Ventnor and onwards to Bonchurch and Shanklin. The property enjoys glimpses of the sea and is in a very attractive location with a large garden. Furnished and equipped to a high standard.

This lovely stone cottage nestles in beautiful countryside on an attractive farm on the East side of the Island. There are wonderful open views from the cottage and garden across fields towards the downs. The Old Brew House is at the end of a country lane with no passing traffic. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading along the course of the River Yar and to the nearby picturesque village of Godshill. There is direct access across the fields to the cycle track which links Sandown to Newport and Cowes. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are only a 15 minute drive away.

Sea Whisper is a semi detached property standing within a 7 minute walk of the sandy beach of Shanklin - a lovely bay with sand gently sloping into the water. The property is also within a 5 minute walk of the small shops, restaurants, public houses and entertainments of the resort and the pretty Old Village of Shanklin with its thatched cottages and beautiful Chine. Visitors can walk down to the sea or take a lift from the cliff top. There are views across the town with glimpses of the sea and Culver Cliffs from several of the rooms and from the charming balconies which can be accessed from the sitting room and twin bedroom. There is also a sunny terrace at the rear of the property with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine. The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers delightful accommodation.

Lovely farm cottage with delightful rural views across lakes to the downs beyond. The picturesque farm is in a wonderful cycling and walking area with direct access to a network of cycle paths, footpaths and bridleways, and private access to the Stenbury Trail which ultimately extends from Cowes to the coast at Ventnor. The Tennyson Trail extending to the western tip of the island is also easily reached. The cottage has been furnished and equipped with care to a high standard and offers charming accommodation in beautiful surroundings with ducks, swans and a huge variety of other wildlife including red squirrels as constant visitors. Horses are kept on the farm and trout fishing can be arranged. The central location of the cottage makes it an ideal base for touring the island.

Within 3 minutes of Shanklin's sandy beach - ideal for paddling and swimming. It is only a 2 minute walk from the lodge to the cliff path for beautiful views across Sandown Bay to the white cliff of Culver. Shanklin is a pleasant small resort on the south east coast of the Island with its own small theatre and a variety of interesting shops and restaurants. The Old Village of Shanklin has pretty thatched cottages, tea shops and public houses plus a beautiful chine, floodlit in the evening.

This delightful detached stone cottage is located on a 400 acre arable farm which is also home to a small number of cattle and sheep. It is located on the south east side of the island within a 5 minute drive of the beach. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with footpaths leading from the cottage across the farm and joining a network of routes including the renowned Stenbury Trail which links Ventnor with the central market town of Newport and its dramatic castle of Carisbrooke. The larger sandy beaches of Ventnor and Shanklin are within a 10 minute drive.

Fodder Stable is on a lovely farm in beautiful countryside. From the cottage there are views across the fields to the downs of Ventnor in the distance. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading from close to the cottage towards the picturesque village of Godshill or the coastal village of Niton. There is also easy access to the cycle route which crosses the Island. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are all within a 15 minute drive.
Shiloh is a lovely grade II listed barn attractively situated in a quiet lane in an area of beautiful countryside on the southeast of the Isle of Wight and within a 5 minute drive of the coast. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with footpaths leading to the nearby villages of Whitwell and Godshill and also linking with renowned walks such as the Stenbury Trail and the walk along the River Yar which extends from Niton on the south coast to the nature reserves of Bembridge in the east. There are cycling routes and trails over the downs. The picturesque village of Godshill is within a 3 minute drive and here there are public houses and a restaurant for meals as well as a chocolate shop, tea shops and a lovely church. There is also a public house in the centre of the village of Whitwell. The sandy beaches of the small resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor are within a 10 minute drive.
Shiloh is a delightful stone barn which has been skillfully converted to provide attractive comfortable accommodation for five people in two bedrooms. It is accessed via a private drive shared with an adjoining property. Shiloh has lovely tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout. The accommodation has the advantage of being on one level. There is a spacious living room, with french doors opening into the garden, furnished with two leather sofas and a large wall mounted flat screen television/freeview/DVD; an attractive dining area with a table and chairs for six; a well equipped fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and ‘halogen’ hob; a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer; a lovely shower room with basin and w.c. The shower is housed in a modern multifunctional cubicle incorporating overhead shower, hand held shower, water jets, foot massager, thermostatic temperature control, grab rail, seat & radio. A hallway leads from the living room to two bedrooms - a spacious triple room with a single bed and a full size bunk bed; a lovely double bedroom. This is a lovely light room with a small sitting area, television and French doors opening into the garden. Wardrobes are provided in both bedrooms. A travel cot/high chair can be made available. Central heating and electricity at no extra charge. WiFi internet available.
The main rooms of the cottage overlook the garden which is a fully fenced and secure with a lawn and garden furniture plus a barbecue. There is a pathway of wooden sleepers and a sloped entrance from the garden to a gravel parking area at the side of the cottage - parking for two cars. Visitors can enjoy fishing at the nearby lakes of Nettlecombe.
Shiloh Cottage has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided at a charge of £12.00 at Shiloh Cottage. Shiloh Cottage is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 15:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00.

The village of Whitwell is located on the South East of the Isle of Wight and is just a short drive from the beaches of Ventnor and Bonchurch to the South and Shanklin in the East. Whitwell has a small village pub that serves excellent food. The surrounding countryside has a number of walks and footpaths run to the sea and join with the coastal path.

The South of the Isle of Wight is a wonderful mix of pretty beaches and dramatic coastal landscape. The sand and shingle beach at Ventnor is one of the more popular holiday locations but hidden gems such as Bonchurch and Steephill Cove are really worth a visit too.
The coastal path around the South Coast of the Isle of Wight is a particularly beautiful stretch to explore and passes a number of attractive sites which include Steephill Cove, Orchard Bay and St Catherine's Light House at Niton Undercliff. Some of this area has been prone to erosion so you must stick to the footpath and take heed of diversions.
