This pretty Swiss style cottage is situated in the lovely gardens of Ventnor Park. These gardens have sheltered lawns, well kept paths and excellent 18 hole putting green. Nearby footpaths lead up to high ground from where there are beautiful sea views. The sandy beach of Ventnor can be reached by taking a pleasant 5 minute stroll through the gardens and down to the esplanade. Footpaths also lead directly from the cottage to the quiet cove of Steephill and the Botanical Gardens.

This delightful cottage is very attractively situated in a peaceful rural hamlet in beautiful countryside but is only 1.5 miles from the lovely sandy beach of Shanklin, a small coastal town with a variety of restaurants and entertainments. The neighbouring seaside towns of Sandown and Ventnor are within an easy 10 minute drive. The cottage is in a good walking area with nearby footpaths leading to woodland and to the downs above Ventnor.

This lovely stone cottage was originally a large and ancient stone barn at Sainham Farm. It is situated in the attractive courtyard and has marvellous open views from the rear across the fields to the downs. Stag Cottage is in one of the loveliest parts of the Island lying at the foot of Appuldurcome Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Godshill can be reached by taking a pleasant stroll through the beech copse and across the fields. The village has a variety of tea shops and restaurants as well as two public houses.

This delightful Grade II listed stone cottage has been sympathetically converted from the former stables of the nearby Apse Manor. Groom Cottage is a large property with thick stone walls, wooden beams and an attractive appearance with four gables. It nestles within an enclosed courtyard approached through a lovely arched entrance. The original building dates back to 1695, and period stone door surrounds and lintels can be seen on its south elevation. Parking available adjacent to the cottage. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading from close to the cottage towards the picturesque village of Godshill or the coastal village of Niton. There is also easy access to the cycle route which crosses the Island. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are all within a 15 minute drive.

This charming 16th century thatched property stands in a quiet lane in the centre of Godshill, It has its own external entrance from the rear and comprises the entire upper floor of the property. Below is a charming tea shop and small gift shop. The Bats Wing has been furnished with care to provide very attractive accommodation in a wonderful central location. Within a few minutes walk there is a restaurant, an excellent public house for meals, various tea shops,the model village and the beautiful church on the hill. The accommodation is made up as follows: a lovely double bedroom; a single bedroom with a trundle bed beneath which can be used as a second single bed or locked into place to form a super king double bed; a bathroom with a bath, wc and basin, a charming sitting room with leather sofas and arm chairs, flat screen television with Freeview; a spacious dining room where meals can be enjoyed; a fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigeration with ice box plus washer dryer. The is shared use of a garden which stands just above the cottage. During the day this may be used by guests of the tearooms. It has garden furniture and views across the village. Shiloh is a lovely grade II listed barn attractively situated in a quiet lane in an area of beautiful countryside on the southeast of the Isle of Wight and within a 5 minute drive of the coast. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area with footpaths leading to the nearby villages of Whitwell and Godshill and also linking with renowned walks such as the Stenbury Trail and the walk along the River Yar which extends from Niton on the south coast to the nature reserves of Bembridge in the east. There are cycling routes and trails over the downs. The picturesque village of Godshill is within a 3 minute drive and here there are public houses and a restaurant for meals as well as a chocolate shop, tea shops and a lovely church. There is also a public house in the centre of the village of Whitwell. The sandy beaches of the small resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor are within a 10 minute drive.
Shiloh is a delightful stone barn which has been skillfully converted to provide attractive comfortable accommodation for five people in two bedrooms. It is accessed via a private drive shared with an adjoining property. Shiloh has lovely tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout. The accommodation has the advantage of being on one level. There is a spacious living room, with french doors opening into the garden, furnished with two leather sofas and a large wall mounted flat screen television/freeview/DVD; an attractive dining area with a table and chairs for six; a well equipped fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and ‘halogen’ hob; a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer; a lovely shower room with basin and w.c. The shower is housed in a modern multifunctional cubicle incorporating overhead shower, hand held shower, water jets, foot massager, thermostatic temperature control, grab rail, seat & radio. A hallway leads from the living room to two bedrooms - a spacious triple room with a single bed and a full size bunk bed; a lovely double bedroom. This is a lovely light room with a small sitting area, television and French doors opening into the garden. Wardrobes are provided in both bedrooms. A travel cot/high chair can be made available. Central heating and electricity at no extra charge. WiFi internet available.
The main rooms of the cottage overlook the garden which is a fully fenced and secure with a lawn and garden furniture plus a barbecue. There is a pathway of wooden sleepers and a sloped entrance from the garden to a gravel parking area at the side of the cottage - parking for two cars. Visitors can enjoy fishing at the nearby lakes of Nettlecombe.
Shiloh Cottage has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided at a charge of £12.00 at Shiloh Cottage. Shiloh Cottage is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 15:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00.

The village of Whitwell is located on the South East of the Isle of Wight and is just a short drive from the beaches of Ventnor and Bonchurch to the South and Shanklin in the East. Whitwell has a small village pub that serves excellent food. The surrounding countryside has a number of walks and footpaths run to the sea and join with the coastal path.

The South of the Isle of Wight is a wonderful mix of pretty beaches and dramatic coastal landscape. The sand and shingle beach at Ventnor is one of the more popular holiday locations but hidden gems such as Bonchurch and Steephill Cove are really worth a visit too.
The coastal path around the South Coast of the Isle of Wight is a particularly beautiful stretch to explore and passes a number of attractive sites which include Steephill Cove, Orchard Bay and St Catherine's Light House at Niton Undercliff. Some of this area has been prone to erosion so you must stick to the footpath and take heed of diversions.
