There are glimpses of the nearby sea from the upper windows and a short walk leads to St Catherine's Lighthouse and the sea at Castlehaven. The cottage have been furnished and equipped with the greatest care to provide accommodation of the highest standard. It also has a delightful enclosed cottage garden.

St Catherines Cottage has been in the same family for three generations and enjoys an exceptional position with views across the lovely garden to the sea. There are sea views from several of the rooms including the sitting room, dining room and two main bedrooms.

Honeysuckle House is situated within a 5 minute walk of the centre of the pretty village of Godshill and is within a 10 minute drive of the sandy beaches of the small resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor. It is also in a good walking area with a nearby network of footpaths over the downs and easy access to cycle routes. This is a semi detached property on an estate of similar properties. It is centrally heated and has been furnished and equipped with care. It has 3 bedrooms - a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom plus a bathroom with bath, built in shower basin and w.c. On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors opening into the garden. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator with icebox and washing machine. At the rear there is a fenced garden with patio and garden furniture.

Puckaster Cottage is a lovely cottage in an attractive courtyard within the grounds of Puckaster House . The main house is surrounded by six acres of garden with lovely lawns going down towards the sea. There are sea glimpses from some of the upper rooms of the cottage and open sea views from the larger gardens. The sea is within a 15 minute walk and there is easy access to the wonderful coastal path which extends from the village of Niton to The Needles on the western tip of the Isle of Wight. The small resort of Ventnor is within a 15 minute drive and there is easy access to a number of small quiet bays on the south west side of the Island.

Woodland Court is a beautiful seaside holiday cottage at St Lawrence near Ventnor on the South East of the Isle of Wight. It is within a 5 minute walk of the beach at Steephill Cove and only 2 minutes from the coastal path which extends eastwards to the lovely seaside resort of Ventnor and onwards to Bonchurch and Shanklin. The property enjoys glimpses of the sea and is in a very attractive location with a large garden. Furnished and equipped to a high standard.

Sea Whisper is a semi detached property standing within a 7 minute walk of the sandy beach of Shanklin - a lovely bay with sand gently sloping into the water. The property is also within a 5 minute walk of the small shops, restaurants, public houses and entertainments of the resort and the pretty Old Village of Shanklin with its thatched cottages and beautiful Chine. Visitors can walk down to the sea or take a lift from the cliff top. There are views across the town with glimpses of the sea and Culver Cliffs from several of the rooms and from the charming balconies which can be accessed from the sitting room and twin bedroom. There is also a sunny terrace at the rear of the property with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine. The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers delightful accommodation.

This pretty stone cottage is situated on a lovely 12 acre farm, surrounded by beautiful open countryside. Delightful walks can be enjoyed directly from the cottage and footpaths can be followed to join the Bembridge Trail over the downs. Squire Thatcher's Barn has been carefully converted from an 18th Century Grade II Listed stone barn.

The Retreat is a lovely stone cottage beautifully situated in the coastal village of Bonchurch on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. There are sea views from the two main double bedrooms and a swimming pool in the garden. It is a spacious house with a large garden and private drive offering parking for 3 cars. Good public house for meals within a 4 minute walk. Almost direct access to the the coastal path which leads eastwards to the resort of Shanklin or westwards to Ventnor and Steep Hill Cove. Centrally heated, wood burning stove, complimentary WiFi and 'smart' television.
This delightful property is superbly situated beside the sea at Bonchurch, a lovely small seaside hamlet with a sandy beach at low tide. There are wonderful open sea views from the property which stands adjacent to the promenade. The centre of the small village of Bonchurch is within a 5 minute walk and here there is a large pond, an 11th century church and excellent restaurant. A Gastro Pub in upper Bonchurch is within a 15 minute walk. Bonchurch has a lovely peaceful air and perhaps for this reason was popular with writers and poets in Victorian times. A pleasant 20 minute walk along the level ground of the promenade leads you through Wheelers Bay to the small seaside of resort of Ventnor with its larger beach, cafés, restaurants and various small shops. The coastal path eastwards from Bonchurch provides a delightful walk through the rural hamlet of Luccombe to the larger seaside resort of Shanklin – an hour’s walk.
Sea Shells by the Beach is the wing of Sea Shell House and has recently been renovated to a very high standard to provide beautiful accommodation for 6 people in three bedrooms. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with great sensitivity and a wonderful use of light and colour. The accommodation is comprised of a very large open plan living area with superb open sea views through floor to ceiling windows and with patio doors opening into the garden; large sofas, a wall mounted flat screen Smart television/Freesat/Blu-Ray DVD; a dining area with a circular table where meals can be enjoyed with views of the sea; a well equipped kitchen with fitted units, a range style cooker with a gas hob including a wok facility and a double electric oven, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and a central island with breakfast bar; (a washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided); a fully tiled bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC; a separate shower room with a built in shower, basin and WC. There are also three charming bedrooms – a superb double bedroom with a super king sized bed and lovely sea views with French doors opening on to the terrace with a table and chairs; a lovely double bedroom also with a super king sized bed and a French door offering glimpses of the sea – this door gives direct access to the terrace and garden; a charming twin bedroom. There is a plentiful amount of wardrobe space and a French style single day bed in the sitting room area. A travel cot/high chair can also be provided. IPod Bluetooth dock provided and WiFi Internet connection available.
The property has a lovely private walled and fenced garden with open sea views. Garden furniture is provided so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine. Steps lead down from the garden to give direct access to the promenade. Two cars can be parked in a shared drive and from here there is a private entrance to the wing which is on one level. Visitors can also directly access the beach by walking down the lane from the drive.
Sea Shells by the Beach has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at Sea Shells by the Beach. Sea Shells by the Beach is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 16:30 and the normal departure time is 10:30. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from and 30th October 2017 to 14th December 2017.

The historic seaside village of Bonchurch is a charming holiday location on the South of the Isle of Wight. The little village has a sand and shingle beach as well as a beautiful centre arranged around the village pond. The 11th century church in Bonchurch is well worth a visit. The coastal path from Bonchurch is a quick route into Ventnor and the walk takes around 15 to 20 minutes.

The coastal path around the South Coast of the Isle of Wight is a particularly beautiful stretch to explore and passes a number of attractive sites which include Steephill Cove, Orchard Bay and St Catherine's Light House at Niton Undercliff. Some of this area has been prone to erosion so you must stick to the footpath and take heed of diversions.

Sea Shells by the Beach - Two well groomed dogs are welcome by agreement. The garden is walled and fenced. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also ask owners not to leave dogs on their own in the property and not to allow them to foul the garden. Puppies, dogs prone to chew and also dogs with incontinence problems are not permitted without specific agreement. Please ensure that your pet's treatment for the prevention of fleas is up to date. Please bring clean bedding for your pet and pet towels. Pet owners are also asked to ensure that pets do not come into the property when they are sandy or muddy. There is a hot and cold mixer hose outside for removing sand and mud. Cats accepted by agreement.
