Spring Cottage stands in an idyllic location, within a 2 minute walk of the beach in the pretty seaside village of Bonchurch on the south east coast of the Island. The cottage enjoys beautiful sea views from most rooms and from its enchanting garden. Bonchurch is a peaceful village with a small shop, public house, good restaurant and two ancient churches plus a pretty pond which is home to carp, ducks and a variety of birds.

Dairy Cottage is an attractive stone cottage enjoying rural views and with glimpses of Carisbrooke Castle from the master bedroom. The castle is within a 15 minute walk. The cottage is located at the heart of the Isle of Wight and within a short drive of the coast in any direction. Local walks follow the top of the Downs as far as Freshwater and Alum Bay and enjoy wonderful views all along the way.

Honeysuckle House is situated within a 5 minute walk of the centre of the pretty village of Godshill and is within a 10 minute drive of the sandy beaches of the small resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor. It is also in a good walking area with a nearby network of footpaths over the downs and easy access to cycle routes. This is a semi detached property on an estate of similar properties. It is centrally heated and has been furnished and equipped with care. It has 3 bedrooms - a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom plus a bathroom with bath, built in shower basin and w.c. On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors opening into the garden. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator with icebox and washing machine. At the rear there is a fenced garden with patio and garden furniture.

This delightful stone cottage which dates back to 1761 is built of Isle of Wight chalk and brick. Hackney Stable cottage is situated on a lovely farm in beautiful South Wight countryside. It is a marvellous walking area with footpaths that can be followed directly from the cottage in most directions. There are particularly attractive walks along the course of the river Yar, to the picturesque village of Godshill and to the nearby village of Arreton which has a public house, farm shop and cafe for meals. The cottage is excellent for cyclists as there is access to a network of cycle paths directly from the farm and arrangements can be make for the storage of bikes. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are all within a 15 minute drive. Ferries can be booked for you at greatly discounted prices.

This lovely stone cottage was originally a large and ancient stone barn at Sainham Farm. It is situated in the attractive courtyard and has marvellous open views from the rear across the fields to the downs. Stag Cottage is in one of the loveliest parts of the Island lying at the foot of Appuldurcome Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Godshill can be reached by taking a pleasant stroll through the beech copse and across the fields. The village has a variety of tea shops and restaurants as well as two public houses.

Stone cottage in lovely peaceful Isle of Wight rural hamlet with large garden. Elm Cottage has a charming double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a spacious single room which can accommodate an extra bed. It has a spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove, a separate dining room and a fitted kitchen equipped with a electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a ground floor shower room with a w.c. and a bathroom with basin w.c. upstairs. Lovely large garden with garden furniture and a trampoline for children. Parking for one car.

Woodland Court is a beautiful seaside holiday cottage at St Lawrence near Ventnor on the South East of the Isle of Wight. It is within a 5 minute walk of the beach at Steephill Cove and only 2 minutes from the coastal path which extends eastwards to the lovely seaside resort of Ventnor and onwards to Bonchurch and Shanklin. The property enjoys glimpses of the sea and is in a very attractive location with a large garden. Furnished and equipped to a high standard.
This wonderful property is situated on a lovely farm in beautiful countryside. It has recently been converted from a large old granary, the foundations of which date back to the 1700s. A fire in 1889 resulted in much of it being rebuilt. Redway Manor Granary has been renovated with the greatest care and wherever possible original features have been retained. There are beautiful views across the fields and nearby lakes to the downs. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading along the course of the River Yar and to the nearby picturesque village of Godshill. Visitors are free to stroll across the fields of the farm and around the lovely lake in the grounds of the Manor House. There is an open grassland area near the lakes with open views where barbecues can be enjoyed.
There is a lovely nature trail on the farm so that visitors can enjoy the wonderful range of wild life – this includes herons, ducks and geese on the lakes; swallows and kestrels often nest in the barns; pheasants, foxes and badgers plus rabbits which abound. A small herd of cows is kept on the farm and there is a delightful area for children with small rare-breed bagot goats that will eat from the hand and rescued hens which are now free-range. From the cottage there is direct access across the fields to the cycle track which links Sandown to Newport and Cowes. Arrangements can be made for the storage of bikes. The sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are within a 15 minute drive.
The Granary is an unusually spacious property. It is centrally heated and has been equipped to a very high standard in a traditional style. The Granary has a wonderful open plan sitting room with a lovely oak floor and it is furnished with rugs, comfortable sofas, television/DVD. A very pleasant dining area and an attractive fitted kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The cottage has three lovely bedrooms including one pretty twin room on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room with WC. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom which also enjoys rural views, a spacious twin room into which an extra full size single bed can be added, plus a well equipped bathroom with a bath, hand shower, basin and WC. Heating /electricity at no extra charge. Extra bed/wooden cot/high chair available. The ceiling heights downstairs are high and upstairs are in keeping with a traditional cottage. WiFi internet available.
At the front of Redway Manor Granary there is a fenced garden with outdoor furniture. Cars can be parked just outside the arched entrance which leads to the Granary garden. Nearby there is a lovely large lawned area where games can be played and in the farmhouse garden there are beautiful lakes which visitors can make arrangement to fish. Access to the farm is along a gravel lane. Regular bus service 15 minute walk. Public house, village shop and tea shop within pleasant 30 minutes stroll.
Redway Granary has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided at a charge of £12.00 at Redway Granary. Redway Granary is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 16:30 and the normal departure time is 11:30.

Merstone is a beautiful rural area just outside of Godshill on the East of the Isle of Wight. The open countryside around Merstone is criss crossed with footpaths and cycle paths which makes it ideal those looking to explore the Isle of Wight.

There is a cycle track and wide walking routes running past Merstone. It was constructed on the old railway track and runs from Shanklin to Newport. There is also a footpath from Merstone to Godshill which is within a 25min walk.
