This pretty thatched cottage is beautifully situated in the picturesque village of Brighstone on the south west coast of the island in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. The centre of the village, with a good public house for meals, a general stores, café and NT shop, is within a 5 minute stroll. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths and lanes leading from close to the cottage to the coastal path and the Tennson Trail.

This is a wonderful retreat standing amidst a large garden, adjacent to woodland and the wonderful estate of Osborne House – the Island palace of Queen Victoria. The Indian Summer House has a fascinating history. From the cottage quiet lanes and footpaths can be followed to the sea which is only ¾ of a mile away. There is easy access to Cowes which is built astride the River Medina - a small chain ferry links the two parts.

This lovely detached house is very attractively situated, close to the cliff top above Totland Bay, on the west side of the Island. There are sea views from the rooms at the front of the house and the lighthouse at Hurst Point can be glimpsed in the distance. The sandy bay of Totland where swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed is only a 3 minute walk away. This is also a marvellous walking area.

This is a wonderful position for outdoor pursuits, walking, cycling, fishing and golf. In the village there are lovely water meadows and fishing ponds with hides for bird and red squirrel watching. There are many footpaths leading up on to the downs and towards the coast.

It provides attractive and comfortable accommodation for 5 people in 3 bedrooms.

Old Stable Cottage is nestled in a lovely peaceful location in the attractive rural of village of Shorwell with fields and the downs extending from its garden. The centre of the village is within a 2 minute walk with its beautiful 17th century church, village shop and a public house which offers a good location for a meal. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are wonderful downland walks directly from the cottage. Shorwell is less than a 5 minute drive from the pretty coastal village of Brighstone where there is a quiet beach.

This farmhouse is attractively situated on the edge of the pretty village of Shalfleet towards the West side of the Isle of Wight. The cottage adjoins the grounds of Shalfleet Manor House and has its own private entrance into a quiet lane which leads from the village to a footpath on Newtown Creek. This estuary, which is only a few minutes walk from the farmhouse, is part of a National Nature Reserve and is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Several secluded bays and beaches are within 10 minutes drive.

This lovely stone cottage occupies an attractive position in a quiet country lane, on the outskirts of Godshill. It has been converted from the original milking parlour of Lower Yard Farm and the building is thought to date back to the 1700 ‘s. A small riding stables is within a few minutes walk and most of the surrounding fields are home to horses. The centre of the picturesque village of Godshill, with its pretty thatched cottages, restaurants and tea shops is only 3/4 mile away.

Here visitors can easily join the coastal path leading to The Needles and to the attractive bays of Freshwater, Totland and Colwell.

Two Mead Cottage is one of a pair of cottages which stand in the attractive rural hamlet of Alverstone and is less than a 5 minute drive from the lovely sandy beaches of Sandown on the east coast of the Island. The cottage is located on a small 12 acre farm which is home to horses, cows and a few free range chickens. The farm is in “An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” and has a charming large pond which attracts ducks, moorhens and the occassional heron.

It is less than a 15 minute walk from the beach where the shallow waters offer a wonderful place for safe bathing, paddling and boating. Bembridge is a delightful spot with an air of tranquillity and affluence. It is a popular sailing centre and has a variety of small interesting shops, tea shops, public houses and restaurants.
