Monkspath is a delightful detached house with a private heated swimming pool set in extensive private grounds and with coastal views from all the front facing rooms. Monkspath is a lovely, secluded property protected by high hedging and large gates which open into the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. There are views across fields to the sea at the front of the house and there are fields and downs at the rear. The house has been furnished and equipped with great care to provide delightful, luxurious accommodation. It is centrally heated and there are fitted carpets throughout most of the property. It sleeps 11 plus a baby in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a light and spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas, wide screen LCD television / Freesat / DVD and a wood burning stove which provides a pleasant focus for the room during colder weather; a second small attractive sitting room with a sofa, a second LCD television / Freesat /DVD; an elegant dining room with a table and chairs which will comfortably seat 12 people. French doors open from here into a small conservatory where visitors can relax.

The kitchen is a light, spacious well equipped room with attractive fitted units, a range style cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
