St Catherines Cottage has been in the same family for three generations and enjoys an exceptional position with views across the lovely garden to the sea. There are sea views from several of the rooms including the sitting room, dining room and two main bedrooms.

Sea Whisper is a semi detached property standing within a 7 minute walk of the sandy beach of Shanklin - a lovely bay with sand gently sloping into the water. The property is also within a 5 minute walk of the small shops, restaurants, public houses and entertainments of the resort and the pretty Old Village of Shanklin with its thatched cottages and beautiful Chine. Visitors can walk down to the sea or take a lift from the cliff top. There are views across the town with glimpses of the sea and Culver Cliffs from several of the rooms and from the charming balconies which can be accessed from the sitting room and twin bedroom. There is also a sunny terrace at the rear of the property with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine. The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers delightful accommodation.

This lovely stone cottage nestles in beautiful countryside on an attractive farm on the East side of the Island. There are wonderful open views from the cottage and garden across fields towards the downs. The Brew House is at the end of a country lane with no passing traffic. This is a wonderful walking area with footpaths leading along the course of the River Yar and to the nearby picturesque village of Godshill. There is direct access across the fields to the cycle track which links Sandown to Newport and Cowes. The sandy beaches of Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor are only a 15 minute drive away. Ferries can be booked for you at greatly discounted prices.

This pretty stone cottage is situated on a lovely 12 acre farm, surrounded by beautiful open countryside. Delightful walks can be enjoyed directly from the cottage and footpaths can be followed to join the Bembridge Trail over the downs. Squire Thatcher's Barn has been carefully converted from an 18th Century Grade II Listed stone barn.

This lovely stone cottage was originally a large and ancient stone barn at Sainham Farm. It is situated in the attractive courtyard and has marvellous open views from the rear across the fields to the downs. Stag Cottage is in one of the loveliest parts of the Island lying at the foot of Appuldurcome Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. Godshill can be reached by taking a pleasant stroll through the beech copse and across the fields. The village has a variety of tea shops and restaurants as well as two public houses.

A wonderfully spacious and welcoming seaside holiday cottage within a few paces of the beach at Bonchurch and located on the coastal path to nearby Ventnor. Sea Shells on the Beach has 3 beautiful bedrooms decorated with a luxurious seaside theme. Within a short walk is the centre of the village of Bonchurch where there is a village pond and excellent local restaurant. The beach at nearby Ventnor is a popular holiday attraction.
This lovely flint and stone house enjoys sea views, from its elevated position in the seaside resort of Ventnor, on the south-east coast of the Isle of Wight. It is south facing and within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Ventnor is an attractive small seaside resort with a range of interesting shops, some very good restaurants, public houses, wine bars and charming gardens. It has a secluded beach where swimming, paddling and fishing can be enjoyed. Fresh fish can be purchased daily from the harbour. Visitors may also enjoy strolling through Ventnor gardens and the renowned Ventnor Botanical Garden. There is a lovely coastal walk linking Ventnor with Shanklin and there are beautiful downland walks further inland. The larger sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are within a 10 minute drive.
Huish House was built in 1866 by Captain Mark Huish, and stands at the end of a small terrace of similar stone and flint houses. The property has recently been renovated to provide very attractive and comfortable accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms, and ranges over four floors. On the ground floor there is a lovely fitted kitchen with a tiled floor equipped with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, table and chairs; a small utility area under the stairs housing the freezer and washer/dryer; and a cloakroom with w.c. and basin. It is on the first floor that the lovely ancient gothic style front door provides the main access to the property. Here there is a sitting room with sea views, a large corner sofa, wood burning stove and television with ‘Sky Family Plus’, Freeview and a Blu-Ray DVD player; a charming separate dining room with feature fire place. There is also a mini portable music system with radio, CD and bluetooth speakers. Stairs then lead up to the master bedroom with a ‘king size’ double bed and sea views plus an adjacent splendidly equipped family bathroom with a Victorian style bath on clawed feet, hand shower, superb walk in shower, basin and w.c. On the fourth floor there is another lovely double bedroom with sea views and a ‘king size’ bed plus an attractive twin bedroom with 2ft 6ins beds for children. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes. A travel cot/high chair can be provided. Central heating and electricity without extra charge. Wifi internet available.
Huish House provides a wonderful base from which to enjoy a beach holiday or to explore the island. There is a good bus service within a couple of minutes walk to take you to Ventnor centre, if you prefer not to walk, or to Shanklin and Newport plus the various small villages en-route. Cars can be parked outside the property when space permits and in nearby lanes. Public house, wine bar and restaurants in the town centre within 10 minutes walk.
Huish House is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at Huish House. Huish House is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 15:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from and 28th October 2017 to 17th December 2017.

The South of the Isle of Wight is a wonderful mix of pretty beaches and dramatic coastal landscape. The sand and shingle beach at Ventnor is one of the more popular holiday locations but hidden gems such as Bonchurch and Steephill Cove are really worth a visit too.
The coastal path around the South Coast of the Isle of Wight is a particularly beautiful stretch to explore and passes a number of attractive sites which include Steephill Cove, Orchard Bay and St Catherine's Light House at Niton Undercliff. Some of this area has been prone to erosion so you must stick to the footpath and take heed of diversions.

Two small dogs (eg Jack Russell) or one large dog (eg Labrador) are welcome. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms. A stair gate is provided. We also ask owners not to leave dogs on their own in the cottage. Puppies and also dogs with incontinence problems are not permitted without specific agreement. Please ensure that your pet's treatment for the prevention of fleas is up to date. Cats may be accepted by agreement.
