Bay View is beautifully situated beside the beach with panoramic sea views from most of the main rooms. It is in a peaceful location with the beach of Seagrove Bay only half a minute's walk away. Here swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed. There is also a footpath directly from the house to the beautiful sandy Priory Bay - a 5 minute walk away. The atmospheric village centre of Seaview, with its small shops, sailing club and restaurants is within a 7 minute stroll.

Stanwell Barn is a large stone barn which has recently been skilfully converted to provide superb accommodation. Original features such as exposed beams and stone walls have been retained. The property has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with under floor heating, and oak and tiled floors. It has a wonderful feeling of light and space. Apart from one bedroom all of the accommodation is on the ground floor.

This lovely detached cottage is within a 1 minute walk of the sea. It is in a wonderful walking area with the coastal path on your door step. A tea shop/bistro here offers a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea and coastline and a public house, renowned for its lobster is also within a short walk. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard and provides very attractive accommodation for 4 with a ground floor bedroom and shower room offering easy access. Futon available in large second sitting room upstairs to sleep 2 additional guests.

Stunning cottage near the sea at Bembridge on the East of the Isle of Wight. This family sized cottage is perfect for seaside holidays with the whole family and is within a short walk of the centre of Bembridge with a variety of excellent places to eat and drink. Caustons has been beautifully decorated and has been equipped with comfort and convenience in mind.
Harbour’s Edge is very attractively situated, beside the water, with beautiful open views to the sea across Bembridge Harbour. It is one of a small number of properties on a causeway, between the harbour and the water meadows, linking the seaside villages of St Helens and Bembridge. The centre of St. Helens, with its attractive village green, public house, shop and restaurants, is within a 5 minute walk and its sandy beach is within a 15 minute walk. The slightly larger resort of Bembridge is within a 20 minute walk along by the harbour.
Harbour’s Edge has been designed to take advantage of the wonderful location with all the main rooms having either sea views or rural views. The house is on three levels. It is semi detached and centrally heated. It has been furnished and equipped with care to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation. Stairs lead up from a large tiled hallway at the entrance to a delightful open plan sitting room. This is a wonderful room with two balconies – one facing towards the Nature reserve and the other to the harbour. It is furnished with a new comfortable sofa and rocking style arm chairs, a television/freeview/DVD player and a dining area at one end. A door leads from here into a lovely fitted kitchen with an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Also on this floor is a shower room with a walk in shower/wet room, basin and W.C. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are three attractive bedrooms. One bedroom with a king size low level 'Scandanavian style' bed and two twin rooms. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and W.C. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a utility room with a washing machine/tumble dryer and a garage where bikes can be stored. A folding bed/travel cot/high chair can be provided. Heating/electricity at no extra charge. Wifi internet connection available.
At the rear of the house the garden is open plan. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue so that meals can be enjoyed beside the harbour. Two cars can be parked in the drive. Bus service - 5 minutes walk. Small children need to be closely supervised as there is unfenced access to the harbour and the balconies are not suitable for children.
Harbours Edge is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided at a charge of £12.00 at Harbours Edge. Harbours Edge is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 16:00 and the normal departure time is 11:00.

The small seaside village of Bembridge is an idyllic holiday location on the East of the Isle of Wight between Seaview and Sandown. The village has a great range of small shops and places to eat or have coffee and the coast line wraps half way around to form a long beach. The village is well known for a friendly atmosphere and prides itself of being a real community. Just outside of Bembridge is the National Trust owned Bembridge Windmill from around 1700 which is open to the public and it is possible to explore inside.
