Milton Stables is situated on the south west side of the Isle of Wight within a 5 minute walk of Freshwater Bay, Tennyson Down and the coastal path which is particularly dramatic on its route westwards to The Needles. It is a detached property which has been converted from original stables - renovated with care to provide spacious, light and comfortable accommodation for 4 people with a large plan open plan living room with doors opening onto the courtyard garden; a fitted kitchen, and wet room. There is a ground floor twin room and upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small sitting room. The cottage has an enclosed courtyard which is fenced and gated.

Lovely detached bungalow within a 3 minute walk of the beach at Colwell Bay on the west side of the Isle of Wight. Delightful walking area close to the coastal path linking to nearby Alum Bay, The Needles and Tennyson Down. Restaurant and bar overlooking the sea within a short stroll. The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It offers very attractive and comfortable accommodation which is all on one level apart from one internal step. Fenced and gated garden with parking for 2/3 cars in the drive. Large raised garden area with outside furniture so that meals can be enjoyed in the sunshine.

Apple House is situated on the west side of the island, within a 10 minute walk of the beach at Colwell Bay. Here swimming, paddling, fishing and boating can be enjoyed. Totland Bay is also within easy walking distance. The coastal path from this area can be followed westward to Alum Bay, Tennyson Down and The Needles - a wonderful walking area with panoramic sea views. The centre of Freshwater is also within a 10 minute walk.

Lovely stone cottage within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only a 15 minute walk from the beach at Brook on the West Coast of the Isle of Wight. This is a wonderful walking and cycling area and there are spectacular views of the sea and the white cliffs of Tennyson Down from the farm.

Tennyson Wing is beautifully situated in a lovely rural location above Alum Bay and enjoys panoramic views of the nearby downs and across fields to the sea. This is a wonderful walking area within a two minute walk of Tennyson Down and a nearby footpath leads to the coastal path. Tennyson Wing is the first floor south west wing of a large detached property with a wonderful large terrace where meals can be enjoyed. It has two bedrooms - a twin room and a double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room; family bathroom; fitted kitchen; charming sitting room and dining area. Sea views from most main rooms. Only a short drive from several sandy coves on the west side of the island.
This property is beautifully situated with open coastal views across the surrounding countryside. It stands in ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. It is also a wonderful walking area with Tennyson Down only a few minutes walk away. The beach at Alum Bay is within a 25 minute walk - this is renowned for its coloured sands and from here there are boat trips to The Needles. A public house for meals is within ¾ of a mile and within 2 miles is Freshwater – a small town with a variety of shops, public houses, a leisure club with a swimming pool and a golf course.
Dylan is the ground floor south wing of Alum Bay House, a wonderful detached property which has been carefully converted to provide 6 dwellings. Dylan has recently been furnished and equipped to a high standard by an interior designer. It now provides attractive light and spacious accommodation in a modern style for 4 people in two bedrooms. There is a lovely spacious sitting room with open sea views, a large comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen television/DVD player and feature fireplace; a charming separate dining area with French doors opening into a private fenced garden area at the side of the property; a new fitted kitchen equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washer dryer; a family bathroom with a bath, hand shower, basin and W.C.
There are two beautiful bedrooms – one spacious double room with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with a basin and W.C. plus a second lovely double bedroom with sea views and a French door providing direct access into the garden. A travel cot and high chair can also be provided. The property is warmed with storage heaters with convectors. Heating and electricity without extra charge. WiFi internet available.
Dylan has a private fenced garden at the side of the property with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also shared use of a large lawn at the rear of the house and this area is ideal for playing games. Parking space for two cars in the drive. Regular bus service – 5 minutes walk.
Dylan Wing has ground floor accommodation and is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at Dylan Wing. Dylan Wing is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 15:00 and the normal departure time is 10:00.

The small town of Freshwater is located on the West of the Isle of Wight. The town has an inland part with shops and a seaside part called Freshwater Bay. The bay at Freshwater is known for its stunning beauty and because it makes a pleasant place to enjoy the sea and have a swim.
Freshwater has excellent access to the other coastal location on the West of the Isle of Wight and walks run along the coast in both directions. A walk to The Needles at Alum Bay is a pleasant way to see the dramatic coast. It is also possible to walk to Carisbrooke at the heart of the Island along the Tennyson Downs.
Red Lion Public House, Freshwater - The Red Lion is a traditional public house serving great food using local produce and local caught seafood. A traditional pub feel with a friendly atmosphere makes it a very enjoyable place to enjoy lunch or stop off at on a walk around the Western side of the Isle of Wight. The ride starts in Freshwater Bay, joins a cycle track on the edge of Freshwater town going to Yarmouth. The West of the Isle of Wight is best known for its unspoilt nature and dramatic coastline. The areas is far less commercialised and the many of the beaches can be enjoyed almost to ones self. West Isle of Wight beaches include Totland Bay, Freshwater Bay, Compton Beach, Brook Beach and Bembridge Beach.

One medium sized dog is welcome and there is a fenced area in the garden. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also ask owners not to leave dogs on their own in the cottage and not to allow them to foul the garden. Puppies and dogs with incontinence problems are not permitted without specific agreement. Please ensure that your pet's treatment for the prevention of fleas is up to date.

Our self catering apartment is on the ground floor of an historic house. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.
There is no separate laundry but there is a standard size washer dryer, which is front loading, provided in the kitchen.
Small gravelled area to the side of the apartment with patio and wooden table and two independent benches to seat 4. There is a large grassed area at the farthest location at the back of the property accessed through the main car park. It is only the bottom area which is available. The pathway is not made up.
