Fourth or fifth visit to Driftwood over the years. Would not stay anywhere else on the island. Home from home.

lovely warm, comfortable cottage, a few minutes from a beach and a cosy pub with a great menu . Kitchen equipment was really good for cooking dinners at home, obviously some thought has gone on to provide suitable utensils, oven dishes, bowls, etc., good sized shower, cosy front room. Lots of games and books available.

This cottage is ideal for a wonderfully quiet holiday. It's in a great spot right on the costal path. It's very well equipped and has a wonderful library.

We had the happiest week here with our two children. The beach at the end of the lane was perfect for them with endless rock pools, to play in, shells to find and sandcastles to make. The sea was very calm and safe as well. A really memorable holiday staying in this beautiful peaceful location. The additional upstairs living area was such a great aRead moresset giving us lots of space to relax together. Hide

The cottage was well represented and equiped and comfortable. Its location and close to the coast, the Shack and Crab and Lobster were welcomed added bonuses. Bembridge and St Helens were lovely locations.

The cottage is lovely and clean and welcoming. Good pub with excellent food, The Crab and Lobster is 5 minutes walk maximum. The centre of the village is good 15-20 minutes walk. Unfortunately the coastal path adjacent to the cottage , going to Whitecliffe bay is no longer open, but can be accessed further along, about 20 minutes walk. The path goiRead moreng the other way is open, via steps down to the pebble beach. Views from the velux windows upstairs are lovely, especially when the sun is setting Hide

Great cottage. Excellent location, quiet, close to the beach, coastal path, pub and shop. Well equipped. Good parking. Our teenagers loved their own space upstairs. The housekeeper text us to let us know the cottage was ready (early) for us which was appreciated after a long journey. We loved it.
