This small coastal cottage stands adjacent to the coastal path in the picturesque area of Luccombe on the south east coast of the Isle of Wight. It offers a wonderful peaceful retreat for 2 people with a fenced garden, double bedroom, sitting room, fitted kitchen and separate shower room. The small seaside village of Bonchurch and the larger resort of Shanklin are both within a delightful 20 to 25 minute walk. The foot paths go through some beautiful woodland and offer views of the sea at various points. The cottage overlooks an open field and is a superb spot for watching a variety of wild life including Red Squirrels, badgers and birds.

This idyllic, one bedroom, self catering wing located in an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' near Godshill Village on the East of the Isle of Wight. The wing is part of the beautiful Godshill Park House which stands in four acres of grounds and surrounded by farmland. There are wonderful walking a cycling opportunities around the cottage and it is a pleasant walk to Godshill where there are pubs and restaurants.

Fossil Cottage is in an idyllic rural location which is quiet and peaceful in the midst of secluded South Isle of Wight countryside and only two miles from the coast. There are spectacular views of the downs from all around the cottage, with beautiful sunsets. In the fields are dairy cows, a stream, hawthorn hedges and plenty of wildlife.

Situated on the South East side of the Island in an attractive farm courtyard with ancient Grade 11 listed barns and a traditional farmhouse which dates back to the 17th Century. Sainham Farm occupies a delightful position, lying at the foot of Appuldurcombe Down and above the picturesque village of Godshill, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This village is renowned for its church and pretty thatched cottages. The sandy beaches of Shanklin, Sandown and Ventnor are only a ten minute drive away.

The Clock House is one of a small group of cottages which have been converted from the original stables of Steephill Manor House.

This cottage is situated in a quiet country lane on the outskirts of Godshill. It was originally the milking parlour of Lower Yard Farm. The surrounding fields are home to horses which belong to a small nearby riding school. Here you are in lovely countryside but the centre of the picturesque village of Godshill, with its pretty thatched cottages, restaurants and tea shops is only 3/4 mile away.

This attractive property overlooks the gardens of Ventnor Park and has sea glimpses from the sitting room. It is within a 10 minute walk of the beach at Ventnor and also of the town centre. This a a beautiful coastal area and a pleasant walk through the gardens leads to the small esplanade of Ventnor, a small seaside resort. The quiet bay is ideal for swimming and paddling. Visitors can also walk directly from the property to join the coastal path and the walk westwards quickly leads to the nearby Ventnor Botanical Garden and the pretty coastal village of Steep Hill Cove.
The Clock Tower is part of the original stables of Steephill Castle. It has a lovely ancient stone structure which has been carefully renovated into 5 very individual small cottages. As the name suggests this property occupies the central upper tower and enjoys lovely views across Ventnor Park gardens with glimpses of the sea. An external staircase leads up to a small balcony and the entrance to The Clock Tower which is completely self contained. The property has been furnished and equipped with care to provide charming, comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The double doors at the entrance open directly into a large open plan room with an attractive sitting area with a Chesterfield sofa, arm chair, television/Freeview/SmartTV and DVD player plus a wood burning stove so that visitors can relax in front of an open fire. There is a pleasant dining area and a country style kitchen equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave and refrigerator with small freezer section. A 24 hour laundry service is also available. There is a separate pretty bedroom with a double bed, and fitted wardrobe plus a shower room with a walk in shower, basin and w.c. The property is centrally heated. All electricity and heating at no extra charge. A wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine in the upper part of the tower but visitors should not access this area for safety reasons as there are low balustrades. BT Infinity WiFi connection at no extra charge.
The Clock Tower has a small sunny balcony area and its own courtyard style garden at ground level with a table and chairs for enjoying meals outside. Visitors can stop to unload their car close to the external staircase leading up to the property and longer term parking is available in the private open courtyard at the front of the properties - only a 1 minute walk away. Regular bus service within 2 minutes walk. This links with Shanklin railway station for Ryde ferry and trains to London.
The Clock Tower is a non smoking cottage. WiFi Internet is provided free of charge at The Clock Tower. The Clock Tower is available for weekly self catering holiday bookings from Saturday to Saturday. The normal arrival time at this holiday cottage is 14:30 and the normal departure time is 10:00. Short break weekend and midweek self catering holidays are available from and 28th October 2017 to 17th December 2017.
