Bay View is beautifully situated beside the beach with panoramic sea views from most of the main rooms. It is in a peaceful location with the beach of Seagrove Bay only half a minutes walk away. Here swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed. There is also a footpath directly from the property to the sandy Priory Bay - a five-minute walk away. The atmospheric village centre of Seaview with its shops, sailing club and restaurants is within a seven-minute stroll.
Bay View is the upper west wing of a large Edwardian house with a separate apartment above. It has three bedrooms, plus a dressing room and is a spacious, light and airy self-contained apartment. There is a large open-plan fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided. There is a pleasant dining area and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The sitting room has many windows and open sea views. It is furnished with sumptuous sofas, arm chairs, television with Freesat and a DVD player, and Bluetooth music speaker system. There is an additional dining area by the window, plus a conservatory-style alcove with a comfortable arm chair overlooking the sea. Two French doors lead to small balconies where you can enjoy the amazing open views of the sea. WiFi internet is available.
The property has a wide central area from which the rooms lead off. There are two double bedrooms - both with sea views, and a spacious children's room with a a double bunk bed with single bed above it plus a single bed with a pullout single bed below it. This room has a deep sofa and provides the perfect place for young people to relax. A separate dressing room can accommodate an extra bed, but this room does not have an external window. There is a bathroom with a bath, built in shower with constant hot water, basin and WC, plus a shower room with basin and WC; basins with hot and cold water in the three main bedrooms.
The property is warmed with storage heaters. Heating and electricity is at no extra charge. A travel cot and high chair are available. Cars can be parked in the lane just across from the property. A raised gantry leads from the lane to the small terrace and the front door of Bay View.
