This impressive detached house enjoys spectacular, panoramic sea views. A wonderful variety of sailing yachts and speed boats can be seen from here. Western Approach is only a 2 minute walk from the sea at Gurnard where there is a quiet beach - swimming paddling and boating can be enjoyed. There is also a public house and a pleasant cafe providing refreshments. A 20 minute stroll beside the sea takes you into the centre of Cowes.

Western Approach is very attractively situated in a quiet close of individual properties with large open plan gardens. It was designed to ensure that the main rooms enjoy wonderful sea views. The house is centrally heated and sleeps 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is a family bathroom plus a cloakroom with a fourth W.C. There are plentiful supplies of hot water. On the upper floor there is a superb and very spacious fitted kitchen with a built in oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher; a very attractive dining area beside patio doors which open directly onto the balcony; a separate sitting room furnished with comfortable sofas, a large television and DVD player, plus a delightful gas flame effect wood burner. Two sets of patio doors open directly onto the balcony where there are a table and chairs. On the central floor there is a lovely double bedroom with sea views, an en-suite shower room and patio doors which open on to a small balcony; a smaller double bedroom; a cloakroom with a basin and W.C; a utility room with fitted units, a sink, a washing machine and small tumble dryer. Stairs lead down to a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a patio door which opens out on to a small terrace and the front garden. Both the double and twin bedroom enjoy sea views. In addition there is a family bathroom with a bath, built in shower, basin and W.C.

There is a second portable television available. Travel cot/high chair can be provided. Western approach has large open plan lawns at the front of the property and there is an enclosed courtyard style garden at the rear. This is attractively paved and is equipped with garden furniture, outside lighting and a barbecue. A Jacuzzi can be made available by prior arrangement at an additional cost. Three cars can be parked in the drive. General stores - 10 minutes walk. Bus service - 5 minutes walk.
