Seabreeze is within a 2 minute walk of an attractive beach on the beautiful south west coast of the Island. Here visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing and paddling. The cottage stands on high ground and there are sea and coastal views from the property. Visitors can relax in the sitting room or on the balcony and watch the sailing boats pass by. This is a wonderful walking area and within 2 minutes you can join the coastal path or walk inland to the picturesque village of Brighstone with its pretty thatched cottages, ancient church, National Trust shop, a public house which is good for meals and a bistro style cafe. On this west side of the Island there are several small sandy coves and delightful coastal villages.
Seabreeze is one of a small courtyard of cottages designed to take advantage of the coastal views by having the main living rooms upstairs. It is centrally heated and has been furnished and equipped with care to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation for 6 people. On the ground floor there are fitted carpets and 3 pretty bedrooms – two twin rooms and a spacious double room with a lovely 4 poster bed and French doors which open onto a small patio area. There is a bathroom with bath, hand shower, basin and W.C and a separate shower room with a built in shower, basin and second W.C. There is also a cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. Stairs lead up to a wonderfully open and spacious living area with a lovely parquet floor and rugs. Here there is a modern fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with a small freezer section; a pleasant dining area with a large table and chairs; a delightful and spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a large screen television with DVD player/stereo/CD. French doors open from the sitting area onto the balcony. Travel cot/high chair can be made available. Heating/electricity at no extra charge
Seabreeze has a private courtyard style garden with low fencing. Garden furniture is provided so that meals can be enjoyed outside in the sunshine. Three cars can be parked in the parking area at the side of the cottages. Regular bus service within a few minutes walk. Seasonal farm shop within 2 minutes walk; village centre with public house, cafe and general stores 15 minutes walk. Smoking not permitted
