A stylish, spacious apartment, close to Peveril Point, the pier and the beach, this enticing holiday home is a perfect romantic retreat. Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom property makes a great base from which to enjoy the attractions of the town and to explore the picturesque Purbeck Peninsula. From here, stroll just over 0.5 miles to reach the headland of Peveril Point, with its incredible views out along the Jurassic Coast, or walk 350 metres down to Swanage Beach to bask in the sunshine on the sand and perhaps dip in the sea. Pick up the South West Coast Path 550 metres from the cottage, then walk another 0.5 miles along the cliffs to Durlston Castle and Durlston Country Park.

Make yourselves at home at this apartment, where the spacious lounge has a lovely bay window, wooden floor and open fireplace. Light a fire in here on chilly days to create a cosy glow as you watch the Smart TV or listen to music. The kitchen/diner, with its beautiful décor is another spacious room. Here you will find all the equipment you need to help you prepare tasty meals for two, plus a table to sit at together. A stable door in here opens on to the courtyard garden. There is a family bathroom at the apartment and a double bedroom, which has a wooden floor and something of a boutique hotel feel about it.

The enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the property offers a private, outdoor space for summer relaxation. There is also a bench to the front where you can sit with a cup of tea and watch the world go by.

The property was good, clean and comfortable. Cool in the hot weather. People with mobility issues we would not recommend this property due to the steepness of the road and the difficulty in parking

Nice house in a good quiet location in Swanage but still just minutes from the sea, shops and pubs. Felt very homely and comfortable. Good base for lots of great walking in the area and parts of the South West coast path.
