An appealing apartment set on the second floor of a Swanage block, this homely retreat could suit a family on a bucket and spade break or two couples on holiday together. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom property is 300 metres from the beach and Banjo Pier. Stroll 500 metres to the centre of town, where you can browse in the shops and choose between a variety of eateries for dining out. Head 0.5 miles to the pier to have a go at water sports or to book a boat trip. Pick up the South West Coast Path from Swanage too and strike out on foot along the Jurassic coastline. Plan a trip to Studland Bay, 3 miles from the apartment.

Make your way up to the second floor of the building then step into the apartment to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here large patio doors allow you take in the views out towards the sea and can be pulled back on to the balcony on warm days. Soft seating is arranged to allow you to settle down in front of the Smart TV together and there is a well-equipped kitchen corner, plus a dining table and chairs. The bedrooms at this property are a double and a twin, and there is a family bathroom.

Enjoy sitting out on the balcony on fine days. From here there are views towards the sea in the distance.

Great apartment, in a great location close to the beach and town. Has its own parking space and plenty of on street parking for a 2nd car in the off season. We had an extended stay and was perfect for our needs.

Nelly's is wonderfully located within in minutes of Swanage beach and the town. We enjoyed our holiday and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Its worth noting that there are 2 flights of stairs to gain access to the flat ( as mentioned in the description) and it is on a busy main road where vehicles cue outside at the traffic lights so theRead morere is some noise. We wanted for nothing in this apartment! Everything was clean and tidy and I'd love to stay there again. The property is a few yards from the beach and round the corner from the shops and Swanage Railway. Parking right outside the entrance so a wonderful bonus.
