Elevated, bright and airy, this inviting apartment is set along the coastline of Swanage. It sleeps up to three guests and the town centre is mere metres away on a downhill walk to the many restaurants, pubs and cafes on offer. There are also lots of independent shops including a butcher, baker and fishmonger for you to sample local produce and rustle up some tasty meals during your stay. The bustling promenade along Swanage Beach offers plenty to do and see. For music lovers, there is a range of festivals including The Regatta and Carnival Week. The Fish Festival with fish stalls and live cooking demonstrations is also popular with both locals and visitors.

You enter the apartment into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Functional and sociable, it’s equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. No 6 is on the third floor and has the benefit of a lift or stairs, allocated parking space and sea views. The lounge has a sofa, matching armchair with footstool, TV with DVD, and a selection of games, books and DVDs. A dining area is located in front of a feature bay window with beautiful sea views and there is a table and chairs for three. The kitchen is compact but completely kitted out for cooking and cleaning during your stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps. Then there is an en-suite shower room with tiled walls, a corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail and WC. A second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. Across the hall is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Good central location if hills aren't an issue. Great view over the bay. Well equipped. Allocated parking spaces not very big but on street parking available close by.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped with stunning views, however the allotted parking space would be a problem if you have a really large car

Lovely flat, well situated and equiped Cleaned well. Additionals like DVDs, books, games & beach equipment are a lovely bonus to make the stay more home from home We would definitely come again. a few things in the flat that need attention: 1. ensuite toilet makes on odd noise after being flushed 2. Lamp in small bedroom turns on and off withoutRead more being touched 3. shaving lamp in main bathroom turns itself on and off 4. cushions in living room need a wash, they are a bit stained 5. washing machine door doesn't line up well and takes a bit of fiddling to close 6. The hoover smells very bad when turned on 7. Kitchen knives are blunt & there is no knife sharpener 8. Instructions for washing machine not in folder 9. holes in blind in big bedroom 10. When removing bedsheets we noticed the bed pillows & mattresses toppers were stained and need washing 11. Wifi was mostly none existent and completely unreliable. Didnt seem to be located in the flat We did not use the toaster or hon so cannot comment on those. The only thing we found would of been useful to have until you could get to a shop would be kitchen roll and anti-bac spray. Everything else was there. Hide

Lovely flat with superb views over Swanage Bay. Great to sit in the window for breakfast enjoying the scenery. Clean & well equipped throughout. Would highly recommend.
