Situated on the second floor (accessed via stairs), this inviting apartment is set in a quiet residential street and sleeps up to four guests. Perfect for seaside getaways, Swanage Beach can be reached by foot within just 300 metres. It has a bustling promenade with plenty to do and see including pretty candy-coloured beach huts and a Victorian pier further up. The town centre with its vibrant array of independent retailers, galleries and cafes is less than 200 metres walk away from the apartment.

The first room is the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Functional and sociable, it’s equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable home-from-home feel. The lounge area has two leather reclining sofas and a TV; the dining area offers a wooden table and chairs for four. The kitchen features wooden worktops, a breakfast bar and two stools and is equipped with white goods and appliances. The master bedroom features a double bed, dresser and Velux windows providing rooftop views over the town. The second bedroom has twin beds and Velux windows. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and WC.

Very comfortable and perfect location for beautiful walks. Off street parking in designated space was a welcome bonus.

Great location a short walk from the beach. Also, close to the high street. Play park for the kids nearby and an allocated parking space all helped. Steam railway and Durlston country park were both great and not far.

A super base, near the sea and an easy walk into the town and harbour area. Parking was good, the property was cosy and we slept well!

A lovely flat in a quiet area, but only a few minutes walk from the seafront, and supplies are available from Co op and Budgens also only a short walk away. Everything was clean and modern, with lots of light being on the top floor. There was plenty of room for a family of four, and a dedicated car parking space behind the property was very useful.Read more There are lots of nice walks starting from Swanage, e.g. to Old Harry Rocks or Durlston, and the steam train to Corfe Castle is just a few minutes walk away. A beautifully maintained, clean property with everything included for a home from home holiday experience. Great location within easy walking distance to beach, town and we didn't use our car while we stayed as there was plenty to see and do within Swanage itself.
